Winter darkness and cold outside makes me stay indoors and not active . I found air popped popcorn a lightweight munchy. And its simple fiber. Getting together with a Party means sugar and yeast in drinking. Then i get sick with whatever everybody else is coming down with for the New Year.
Winter can definitely make it tough to stay active! Air-popped popcorn is a great choice for a healthy snack-light and full of fiber. Staying well during gatherings can be tricky, but boosting your immunity with good hydration, rest, and maybe some vitamin C might help. Hope you have a happy and healthy New Year!
Thanks for sharing these helpful tips, Dr. Gundry! Staying mindful during the holidays is always a challenge, but your advice makes it easier to enjoy the season without the guilt. Looking forward to trying out some of these strategies!
Thanks for the very important info Dr Gundry! I guess that means no Rum Cake for us! Please keep the great videos coming! Merry Christmas Dr Gundry and all of us!
I have read many books, I listened to many RUclips videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the hidden herbs by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.
Pumpkin and sweet potato do have a similar natural sweetness, but sweet potatoes are generally sweeter. They also differ in texture and flavor profile, which can make each one unique depending on how they're prepared. Do you have a favorite way to enjoy them?
Dr. Gundry, could you give advice about how to deal with family member who eat u healthy? I am concerned for my 1.5 year old cousin, who gets fed loads of carbs and sugars, had his first antibiotic and my family is very convinced they feed him healthy foods. What to do?
The holidays can be dicey as most of what is presented for food is problematic to the nth degree. I would eat Vegetables and then splurge on a questionable dessert. I walk, ride a bike, do stairs and treadmill so if I go off the rails and will burn it off. Not a person who eats a lot and then "grazes" on the couch. KEEP IT MOVING to keep all the back food MOVING out your system.
Good afternoon here in the Philippines. Question which is better milk. High fat milk or low fat? Does it affect the fertility rate of men and women or affect sperm count mobility If you drink high fat milk daily (250ml per serving). Thank you
Hi - I am a devoted adherent to Plant Paradox Chap 10. I would like you to please rank PLAIN, UNSWEETENED, UNFLAVORED yogurts - I eat goat kefir, sheep yogurt, coconut yogurt, A2 grass-fed whole milk (for C15 omega 3s). I prioritize nutrition, so I rank the coconut yogurt as the last priority, but I'm befuddled by the other 3. Can you please do a quick segment on this?
Thanks for sharing your dedication to the Plant Paradox lifestyle! Here's a quick ranking based on nutrition: 1⃣ Goat Kefir: High in probiotics, easier to digest, and rich in nutrients like calcium and phosphorus. A great choice for gut health! 2⃣ Sheep Yogurt: Creamier and higher in protein than goat yogurt, with a similar nutrient profile. It's also rich in vitamins like B12 and zinc. 3⃣ A2 Grass-Fed Whole Milk Yogurt: Provides beneficial omega-3s (like C15), and the A2 protein is easier to digest than A1, making it a solid option for overall nutrition. You're spot on with coconut yogurt being the last-it’s often lower in protein and nutrients unless fortified. All three top choices are excellent, so the final pick can depend on your personal taste and digestion. Hope this helps!
@ I’m just saying that although I think this man is highly intelligent it almost seems like there are limited choices when it comes to healthy vs not healthy.
Lectins are definitely a hot topic in nutrition! While some people choose to avoid them, others find that cooking and preparing foods properly can reduce their effects. It's all about finding what works best for your body
@DoctorHealth8 louder for the hearing impaired in the back 💯 I have patients in my diabetes group that try to tell people that they can't eat this or that, it's a "no-no"... and my response is always "this is not a one size fits all, what bothers you might not bother someone else and what is told to be absolutely healthy might not be for your specific body". This is why everybody need to track what their specific body does. We can't manage what we don't measure 💯
Great advice. Love the tie.

I can agree. Had a Farmer Dan turkey at thanksgiving. It was fantastic.
It’s crazy no one here is talking about the hidden herbs by Anette Ray…
I normally don't comment but for everyone reading this go read the hidden herbs by anette ray
For everyone reading this, finding the banned book called “the hidden herbs” by anette ray should be your top priority
