This match was played on the SVDL server where you are able to change the time of day of the maps, SANDSTORM is and always has been one of my favorites and seeing it in daytime is always awesome!

This used to be my favorite map back in this game. Man. You had to be there. This was Call of Duty before Call of Duty y'dig

SOCOM II is still one of my favorite, and is my favorite multiplayer game, we are playing SOCOM 1, 2, 3, and Combined Assault on an Online server that was made by a few people that we know, anyone can play all you need is either a PS2, copy of the game and a Free mcboot memory card (about $10 on ebay) or you can play with a PC using the emulator which is how I play, watch this setup video:

I’ve never seen sandstorm daytime, how was this done?
It was actually really cool to see, it was done by the developers who revived SOCOM 2, when it was on the LAN sever they had an altered map time of day for each map and many of them were really cool. They can do that on the Online server too but Sandstorm day wasn't that popular, they do have Abandoned, Rat's Nest, and Shadow Falls day though because they were too dark.
I know the seals wear the same the same outfits in the socom 1 Turkmenistan location and again in the socom 2 the Algerian location it's like a desert outfit
That's a good point, they do look like the same don't they? I never noticed that actually.
I know sandstorm is in socom 2 not socom 1 because I watched a video of someone and they put it in the group of socom 1 but I looked at it again and looked it up and that's in socom 2 though
Someone said they thought Sandstorm was from Socom 1? I guess you could argue it looks like some of the offline maps from Turkmenistan but they're wrong of course. I love Sandstorm.
