Next time request 1st and last month rent and deposit plus background check fee. about $4500 upfront.
Good job but watch her turn around and sue for wrongful eviction.
Sue who? He's not the owner and he actually does have a lease.
He was WAY nicer than I would have been about it!
He's a nice guy. You resort to the tough stuff when a polite just leave doesn't work. He knew she had a good job and wouldn't risk it over this. Most squatters don't have jobs so they have nothing to lose.
Well the lady seemed nice as well ❤😢
Dumbest law in the world to have home owners deal with this.
At the VERY, VERY least, once he found out about them I'm glad they just left. It was truly horrible what that woman did but at least she didn't double down and refuse to leave. Otherwise he would have had to go through the courts which is a pain.
Same thing in Spain. My cousin pay a person to stay in her home when she visits us in usa for a month because the squatters have more rights to an empty home than the owners.
How do you evict a squatter, they don't live there and can't be evicted. They should just be arrested for trespassing.
Good for him. You do not have the right to take over someone else's home. I hope she goes to jail.
This is unfair but he just asked nicely
Plz leave
Wow what an example of self control. That was just beautiful
Hopefully she gets the help she needs
Should be fired
i wonder if he thought about contacting her employer ?
I think that's awesome.! Can you come to Florida and get my squatters out of my house. They have been selling it to dead people and various other people that even don't exist. I'm halfway joking about you coming here but would pay you to do it. It's a huge problem in Florida and it to me it's just an organized house suffering and it needs to be stopped. Great job I am very proud of you and happy for your mother!
Organized house theft ring not suffering.
❤ it!
Both parties eventually handled this the right way!
No the prison guard behaved disgracefully and illegally.
That prison guard needs to be in prison!
Sometimes you just have to take the law into your own hands!
In Spain, we call them, Okupas.
Who cares
What a shameful person, no cares about who owns family home and consequences to them. Selfish!!😢 UK 🇬🇧. Amazing caring son by the way, bet family proud of him!!
I feel bad for her, but at the same time he told her no she couldn’t move in there. But she chose to move in there anyway.
That is the part that bothers me you know. She has no right to be telling people that they can’t make bad choices when she makes bad choices herself
That is the part that really bothers me to the core you know
How is squatting and breaking and entering different…. A criminal is a criminal..
That lady should have been locked up with the inmates that she is in charge of daily.
Inside addition squatters took over his home 🏡 appreciate your videos Listening 🌼 From Mass USA TYVM 🇺🇸 Blessings for Everyone TYVM
Law enforcement could not get involved? California do better
This issue is not just CA, it isn’t even just a USA issue… it happens everywhere and law enforcement call it a "civil issue" which needs to be court ordered first.
This is like a joke to the government and society.
A correctional officer became a squatter? Or she has been a squatter for a long time?
Skrrrrr
Self eviction is the only way the law won't do anything for you FJB
I always figured if someone squatted in the house, I would just opt to live in said home if they were protected by Squatters rights.
And then I would pretend to have night terrors ever night.
Very smart guy, waiting it out then kicked her out. Unfair that he had to do it himself
So she knew it was wrong and did it anyways? Class act.
She must be fired of her job, she breaks the law
At least the squatter didn't resist then asked to move out.
Good for him!
Hope we can all learn from this situation if any of needed to.
Those people should be arrested..
She is sorry that she got caught
Not all heroes wear capes. Bravo.
He is much nicer than I would have been.
Total respect to you sir!
California Corrections should be notified that their employee is a crook.
What is this term called "squatter"? All I see is someone who broke into my home and took a 12 gauge to the chest.
He's lucky the eviction went so smoothly
You have no idea how I am proud of this man! Squatting is getting ridiculous everyday and everywhere.
Law enforcement wouldn’t help. WTH
The people of Detroit would've had a much worse attitude and entitlement.
A) Fire your audio engineer. B) That squatter did not “move into the home”, unless they left out a detail like the doors were left unlocked, this was straight-up breaking and entering. _That’s a felony._
Doesn’t matter what the situation is, police SHOULD have showed up to arrest her.
That happened to my boss her husband died they were separated so when he passed away she was putting the house for sale and people were living in it she called the cops and they couldn't do anything she finally got the house back after 8 months those people left and destroyed the whole house there was pictures of her family all over the house ripped up all appliances gone holes all over it was so sad. It's amazing to me how the law works. It's scary to know if a stranger comes in your home you can't kick them out.
Oh yes you can. You just show up with some family and friends, and your uncles Smith & Wesson and watch!!
Imagine someone breaking into your house and claiming it as theirs. Ridiculous that some states have laws protecting these criminals.
Am I the only one who thought he looks like a Priest?
