This cakeception snow globe cake starts with 11lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake dyed an icy blue ombre. The cake then gets stacked with sweet Italian meringue buttercream covered in pretty fondant details before getting topped with my figurine of choice - a cake of course! I was in Walmart the other day and skipped to the baking aisle. There were two girls talking about possible RUclips channel ideas. One girl picked up a silicone chocolate mold and said "we can do a baking channel and be just like Yolanda!!" I smiled so hard because I know they were talking about you.

@@ichigopockychan well it's very satisfying but the carmallized part is drier and it looks more uniform if you were to cut a piece and the frosting didn't cover it.

Ace of Cake on food network use to be my absolute favorite show but every since it went off there hasn’t been a show with great cake designs & even better execution (yes better than cake boss)

That would entail making a custom mold and be extremely difficult. Blown sugar could work but that's almost impossible in that size. Just silly honestly, when you can use a glass one.
