There is NO excuse for not having a kitchen!! you could take a little space off the bedroom and bathroom and install a small kitchenette at the minimum. A fridge, stove and small cupboard with maybe a shelf to sit a kettle and toaster on AT LEAST.
self-contained small units were installed by me in Canada: sink, two hot plates, and the lower part the fridge. that's all one person (with an Asian girlfriend!!) needs!
Not everyone needs a kitchen. This could be used as a guest room or a "Mother-in-law" suite. It does need a coffee maker and storage space though.
She is right tho. Even a kitchenette would be practical. It would be a deal breaker for such. A huge demographic not having a kitchen. And this place is sooo nice and sooo much potential. … without the kitchens these would be good for like a villa nightly rental hotel business
Just add 6 feet in length and rearrange the bathroom area, and presto, you have a full living space.

@@MarkMiller304 infared cook top, lose the air conditioner where I am, put in a small self baffled wood stove, and you're off grid. a rapid recovery hot water heater (small; japan has had them for decades) and make that bed a Murphy (tilt up) and slimmer. design is key.
That's the same thing I was saying for the asking price. No washer and dryer space or full size apt fridge.
A Murphy or sofa bed would give MUCH added space! But it is a beautiful tiny home. 👍❤

The prices differs depending on your order. I purchased the E5 unite which cost $23,500 together with the shipping fee. It has a spacious kitchen and features extremely good.

Just from the design itself its very sleek at first I thought it was giving like a pop up home where it has its own built in slot you press a button on the outside which the button would be design to be weather proof and your house just rises up from out of the ground keeping your miniature home safe and protected from weather damages
I think in this case is a idea for rent home, as I understand you can do specs and add kitchen or extra room but in general looks so good
very good design . that is the future . Kitchen should not be in bedroom , separate unit with door with plank to walk on so if cooking , the oil will not be inside the living room , small unit next to main capsule with door to door entrance , that would be good way to go , and living room with bedroom could have water boil for coffee or tea only .

it is designed for rentals. why would you want most of your space taken by a bed? only hotels, shag huts, etc...., BUT it is horrible for residential.
i can come up with a much better design for the same price if residential abode is what you desire.
with more $$$ i can revolutionize a new way of living/seeing the world with better designs using existing techs.

Instead of a tub, put a walk in shower. Saves room also. It doesn't have to be a big shower

Pretty much all the essentials. If it had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, stove, and perhaps a microwave oven, it would be perfect. Then you buy a shed to put a washer and dryer in.

Well first, you can’t call it a home. It’s basically a hotel room and that might be fine. When I was in my 20s, if all of my friends had little hotel room pods, it would’ve been great.

It seems like it would be a tolerable place to live temporarily over the course of several months before you'd want to have some other type of place again. It has things that are missing, but also a nice look and a bedroom with enough space to make your bed.
