I used to be non burper 100%, but in my mid 20's I started to be able to respond to the air coming up sometimes. So, now I burp once or twice after meals. Vomiting still is extremely painful! even scary...
I still don't understand why I got this and why is it less severe now.
Can it be related to LPR somehow?
I'm a singing teacher and vocal coach and reflux is affecting my entire life. ☹
