I heard that 원하다 when it is used with nouns like " love , happiness..." We add 를/을 to them then 원하다 ..
But if it is used with names like ( car , book , sandwich.... ) We use with it a verb
    * Because it is natural like that *
Such as : 제 친구는 (그 책을 사길 원했어요) .
    Is that right ?
Should I use with this names (고 싶다) better ? Is it more natural?

I'm very sorry for the late response. I've away for a family bereavement.
You're right. 원하다 is used in these two forms,
      1) noun + 을/를 + 원하다 2) verb +기를(길) + 원하다.
But when you want to use a noun with 고 싶다, you should clarify what you want to do with the 'noun' by adding a verb (in this form : noun + verb + 고 싶다). For example, 책 (을/를) + 사다 + 고 싶다 (책 사고 싶어), 샌드위치 (을/를) + 먹다 + 고 싶다 (샌드위치 먹고 싶어).
Hope that helps. If you have more questions on this, please feel free to ask. ☺️

      네..도와드릴게요. :)
널 원해 = 널 (너를) + 원해 : as 원하다 is a direct expression, it's mostly used in songs, poems or in a courtroom. And grammatically 원하다 can be used with nouns, including pronouns (you) for example.
널 싶어: 싶다 should be used only verbs. If it would make sense if it's like 널 보고 싶어, 널 안고 싶어. etc.
Hope it answers to your question. 감사합니다. : )
