    Pros: You can play wii sports
    Cons: FIRE

      You should be fine as long as your Wii Tennis game is more fire than the candles. Mii level 1500 or higher recommended.

    This is because the Wii uses infrared light which detects the heat. It's just like a TV remote.

    Interestingly interesting hmm. It is known, however, that the Dolphin Sensor bar mayflash and the sensor bar under the Wii console need good lighting, without it it can go crazy + if the batteries are not full, it is worth having good lighting (I tested at home)
    But you surprised me with your jittering theory THANK YOU VERY MUCH IT HELPED ME I will also check on the Dolphin Sensor bar + I have to check the candles I always considered it a WooW myth
    The only problems dolphin sensor bars have are:
    - Inability to play in 2 modes for 2 people, e.g. in time crisis etc. 2 sensor bars are needed
    - Availability of Sensor bars at normal prices, prices went up for a known reason; (
    I have 2 questions:
    Do you know if:
    - Do you think it is possible to make a button script etc to make the dolphin sensor bar toggle between a given mode?
    - Do you know what is the maximum size for the dolphin sensor bar my flash, I wrote to the support but silence some say up to 32 inches and others 42 inches hmm?

    Is there another alternative than candles or building a new sensor bar? I suck at anything that has to do with building or technology and candles can get quite dangerous😂😂

    Do people really put TV's in front of their windows?

    • @3DPC
      @3DPC  4 года назад

      Back in that particular house, the living room had 3 walls (4th is open to another area). Of the 3 walls, one is ALL window. Of the 2 remaining walls, one is a plain wall, the other has ~2m(6feet) of window and a fireplace, where the TV is in this video. The reason the TV was there instead of the plain wall is that the light from the all-window wall, and partial-window wall would glare so much against the TV, you couldn't see half the image. Back before flat screens, the TV was on the all-wall wall, but the CRT TVs we had growing up didn't suffer from glare nearly as much.
      I should also add, that that any TV above 480p my parents have had has come from me. A TV at their house is for background noise while doing something else most of the time. One of my parents averages 1-2 movies watched per year.

    i needed confirmation of the candle thing.
    probably doesnt but does it work on dolphin?
    (yes I own copies of the games im emulating.)

    • @3DPC
      @3DPC  4 года назад

      The sensor bar is just a basic light source, software can't alter that. What will/won't work for dolphin is how the wiimote data is interpreted in software. I have a USB-powered bar for my home setup.

    2020 video and not a single mention of bluetooth passthrough and wiimotes with built-in motion +, which are the only ones that can be found, and with a pointer precision much greater than that of the wiimote without it..
    Of course, you have to play the lottery to buy all bluetooth radio by usb, and check which of them is fully compatible with Dolphin, and I mean with Motion + and bluetooth passthrough. Mayflash and other companies have already discontinued their Wii / PC products. For commercial reasons.
    Nintendo's worst invention in 40 years: motion control. Now look at the Switch, how it allows you to play with a classic controller, and even the WiiU. They have learned. Motion control never again.

    • @dishywilly
      @dishywilly 3 года назад

      What r you talking about man? I still play with motion controls without any problem...Last week I was just replaying Mario Galaxy and the Wii remote works just perfect for this game. I don't think motion controls was a problem, that had a lot of impact on the new consoles. The problem about motion control was Nintendo not giving you option to choose between motion or regular control (Zelda Skyward on the switch now gives you both options). I agree with you that not everyone enjoys using motion control that's why we should have the option to swap between motion or regular controller.

      Given that a certain video game company will litigate anyone into oblivion for any reason, it is important to include legal disclaimers to back you up in court. Before I made ANY content regarding games published by this entity, I made a video demonstrating HOW to save personal copies so that in court I had a defensible position. Some lines in this video are for the audience, some are for a future jury.
