Yeah I have been on the whole quitting caffeine journey. I think it actually takes a real long time to truly quit caffeine. I have been off for two months now. I want to stay off but it ain’t easy!

Imagine if someone made a cute video about quitting cocaine or methamphetamine for 30 days. I've watched people snort lines of coke and I've watched people down strong coffee. Same strung out doped reaction.
I have a favorite coffee, if they made it in decaf, I'd immediately start weaning to decaf. I think I've used BPN Flight once in the last month, 300mg of caffeine at 3 or 4pm (added to the big cup of coffee in the morning) is NOT the way to go, especially if I want good sleep!
Absolutely man! The sleep has been the biggest game changer. I wanna implement no caffeine and then take Peak Sleep when it drops to see what level of deep and restorative sleep I can get.
