Yeah, I just got this exact set up the third generation Fire TV cube and a pro controller. I actually like that pro controller. It feels more premium even though it’s plastic steel but it just feels like it’s got more weight to it and everything I like it and the built-in lightand especially the lost remote fine feature awesome we always lose our remote in the couch one way or another
Is there a way to continue watching your current TV program/movie (with a smaller picture in the corner of the screen) while searching the menu for another program/movie, etc. Thanks and GREAT info on your video! Phil
I have a question please can i also use the HDMI INPUT as an ARC for soundbars while i have the cube itself connected to my tv via the HDMI ARC. Watching from France ❤
Can you hook up 2 hard drives or SSDs and use one for external storage of things like Videos, Audio Files, Photos and Apps to be side loaded and the other for Apps and their data storage (if for some reason you have multiple Apps that use Gigabytes of data) ?
Can you tell me if I connect this up to a BT pro box then we'll BT's audio playing through my Bluetooth headset that will be connected to the Amazon fire
I’ve just purchased a fire tv cube. Connected it to my tv / sound at system. Every time I now ask Alexa to play music it switches my tv over to the hdmi station and plays music. How can I switch this off???? Also, when I now ask Alexa a question, it mutes my tv. How do I turn this off??
how to increase microphone sensitivity...I have had at least 2 versions of every fire cube and this third one is rubbish when it comes to picking up our voices...I have to be no more than 2 feet from the device and have to yell at it multiple times...so damn annoying. Nothing is blocking it...it is not near any other speakers etc.
I’ve got a 64 GB stick to put in the back of the box. I got a 64 GB Apple TV and I don’t even quite use all that it’s just Apple TV third-party app support sucks and pretty much Netflix on Apple TV is broken. You can’t open up certain shows seasons might disappear then they show back up again again you might not even open up the episode list. It might take a good two minutes before it opened up that list. Apple TV is good quality but their app support sucks for third party apps
just over twelve and a half gigabytes is not enough for Apps designed for Android Devices is not enough storage space? It's not like they are PC Programs, Games and Apps that take up gigabytes of data each. You'd have to have a boat load of Apps to run out of 12.8 GB of storage space.
It Sucks that it's only USB 2.0 and 10/100Mbps Ethernet. Why are they so damn Cheap? USB 2.0 is 24 years old, Nobody uses USB 2 anymore and everyone is using USB 3 which came out in 2008, that's 15 years ago so it's not like it's something brand new and still a high priced luxury. Adding USB 3 and 10/100Mbps Ethernet is not going to break the bank of Amazon or increase the selling cost to a price that is not affordable to the average consumer on a budget so it won't make it so Amazon can't compete price wise with it's competitors like apple Roku and Google.
WAs this helpful to you? Let me know :) If you missed part 1... It's right here! ruclips.net/video/kMW8grBRykE/видео.html

I just haven’t set it up since it showed up yesterday, but I got a lot of customizing to do to it
Great video! How can I output apps audio through the cube speaker? I hook the cube to my old Spro 2 projector but no audio comes out

You may want to consider slowing down a bit so that everyone can understand what you’re teaching
Hi m firecube is not recognising my portable hdd any tips?
It's the format that's the problem. Try reformatting the HDD to exFat
@@WhatGearthanks will try that

Way to fast for me…I’m 72 and pretty good with these things…but I feel this video is for people that are used to the cube…thanks anyways !
I tried to put a hard drive into USB which is only compatible with fat 32 with limited capacity is there a hack to use other formats?
Format the HDD to exFat. Should work then
Why on the new cube dont show the notification blue light on the top of the cube

Can you add 3rd party apps to this?
You can. If you know how you can put pretty much any android app on it
@@WhatGearas you said in the video, I would like to see a new video illustrating this and sideloading please.

You don't need Gb/s
you leaked your address...
At which point?

Oops. 😂 One too many at the chieftain when editing.
Not helpful, clickbait. Dude can't even be bothered to put in chapters.
