I purchased one and inflated it to the recommended 1.5 PSI and when I took it to the water it bent in the center like a potato chip. Is this normal? the pump was pretty cheap and the reading on the gauge were impossible to get an accurate reading. I took the air out and used my electric pump that shuts off automatically wherever I set it and the kayak did the exact same thing, it felt really underinflated.
Not very good video. Fins are different. What is the hole drain on the starboard aft side. And it obvious there is a difference in kayak size just before kayak is being put in the backpack. Might want to redo.
Just bought my one person one and I love it! Any tips for after use and packing up? I appreciate the video, but I’ve been trying to figure out how to best pack it up while it’s still wet; without getting it dirty, etc. Also, do you suggest drying it/airing it out after each use? New inflatable user here, so any tips would be awesome ;)
Nice Kathryn! Yes we recommend spraying your kayak down with clean water, then drying the board out prior to re-packing, but of course this isn't always possible. If you are using somewhere and need to re-pack it's best for that to be temporary for transport, then to clean when possible within a day or so. Otherwise the water will create issues down the road (and it will get stinky). This is the same situation for our inflatable paddle boards, and generally the case for all inflatable water sports products. Have fun out there and feel free to reach out if you need any support tahesport.com/us_tahe_en/customer-service-page
You do not demonstrate how to use the pressure gauge in the instructions or the video how do you use it?

What happened to the fins? Where'd you store them?
Fins just go right in the backpack
@@mathewuher7578 Thanks. You can fold them in one of the chairs as well. Getting it that flat trying to get it back into the bag is my bigger problem.
