I believe they were my lower control arm bushings, but you can also check power steering rack bushings, upper and lower ball joints, uca bushings, tie rod ends, and if you have a drop down bracket lift retighten and retorque those big bolts holding the bracket.

You can, I know some dessert runners or guys do for more flex. But it’s mainly for stability.

Easy and cheap upgrade that makes all the difference. These bushings were one of the first mods I done to my car when I got it about 8 years ago and they still going strong. For the grease, there’s no specific amount, just as long as it’s lubed enough so it’s not rubbing on the sway bar all dry n shit lol. I used Vaseline since my kit never come with grease😂Btw I DM’d you on your IG about some stickers, lemme know bro🤙🏼🤙🏼
