Climbing the highest mountain in Japan. I decided to conquer Fuji alone at night for the third time. This year, I chose the most difficult and longest route 2 days before the end of the season. I show and talk in detail about the route to the 5th station of the Gotemba trail. I share my impressions. But the most interesting thing is my reaction to the dawn at the top of Fuji. I hope my video will be interesting and useful for you.

at 6:43 Thank you so much for posting the times the 1/2 store is open!!! I have looked everywhere online, but nobody was able to tell me how early the store opens.
Love this, I'm debating between shubashiri vs gotemba. I like the peace walks!
I liked Subashiri Trail more, but it's crowded near the summit
2022... here i was thinking it was 2023.
i expect it to have more people on the Gotemba trail. due to the fujiyoshida restriction.
well, at least your video answered where i should buy the bus ticket. i am planning to take the first bus from gotemba station. i booked a hotel right next to the station (it just opened last year.)
I prefer to climb in September because it's less crowded and more possible to see a beautiful sunrise (and first snow).
Yoshida trail was always crazy popular, because it's way easier to get there by bus from Shinjuku. Fujinomiya is popular among people from Kansai and Chubu regions and also quite crowded. I liked Subashiri trail the most
I'm thinking about climbing Fuji this season via the Fujinomiya trail from early morning till the last bus from 5th station
How were you able to climb without booking a mountain hut? I was told they would check for our mountain hut booking at the bottom and would let you go up if you didn’t have a booking.
They didn't even ask me anything when I climbed by Gotemba trail in 2022. They asked about the hut in 2021 at Subashiri trail, but I said that I don't need it. I guess, they will control it more seriously since now
So, you have 2 options:
1. Start climbing super early in the morning and come back to the 5th station before last bus in the evening. It's possible and allowed
2. Lie or try to ignore them
But I recommend to book a place in the hut. It's really not that easy to climb without rest. And the possibility of seeing a beautiful sunrise in summer is quite low. It's usually too cloudy. That's why I prefer to climb in September
This route looks great. There are few people and a wonderful chance to get lost in the clouds in complete silence.
Super high, especially if you're climbing through the clouds 🥲
And in the next video, you will need to know three languages to listen to it without subtitles...
This is how we talk in Japan 🤭
I am impressed by this view in the video🥹I wanna see it in real life.
You can always join me and climb together 😉
