So inspiring ❤️ I loved the book review and watching you paint. I’ve been away from my paints for a few months and am itching to get back. Like you, I’ve learned from tutorials as well as online courses which have been wonderful to learn from. But I’m struggling to find my style. I love flowers and nature and have signed up for Floral Foundations. I’m hoping it helps me find freedom from ‘perfectionism’ and find my own style 🥰

Also, if you flip the bell pepper piece over and slice on the inside part, not the skin-side, it is a little bit easier. 🙂

I am so mesmerized when I watch you paint. The way you take a flat wash of color and build out a flower. Such a unique approach. Thank you for sharing some of your resources. Those books are ❤! I struggle with using a reference photo as a reference instead of trying to copy it exactly. I loved seeing how a certain page inspired a painting. How different yet similar it was to the reference photo! I found you through Emma and have been following ever since.

I think your channel is really special. I have been following for a few months. Tutorials are great for some people, but at this point in my art journey I seek out channels that explore art from different perspectives, like you do. I want to be inspired about art/painting, but no longer want to do it through tutorials or classes. I love seeing everything you are doing. The florals you painted in this video are stunning!!! I love floral books, I have to resist the urge to buy more!
