🍰 Ingredients:
For the Cake:
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Plain Flour 290g (2 cups)
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Milk 240ml (1 cup)
2 Eggs
Melted Butter 90g (⅓ cup, 1 tablespoon)
For the Cinnamon Mix:
Brown Sugar 125g (½ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Melted Butter 75g (⅓ cup)
Cinnamon powder 1 ½ tablespoons
For the Frosting:
Cream cheese 75g
Butter 75g (⅓ cup)
Powdered Sugar 120g (1 cup)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x15x6 cm (2 Lb)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 30-40 minutes

Made this cake using the 290 grams of flour and it was too much flour, the finished cake out okay but had a heavy texture. I remade it using 2 cups or 240 g flour and it turned out softer in texture.

This recipe needs eggs. But use one of the eggless vanilla cake base recipes from my videos and you can turn it into a cinnamon roll cake easily 😇
