As of June 2023,evaluation station is now a verbal handover,your paperwork is not marked and examiner marks what candidate says❤❤❤nothing about the video changes and still uses the SBAR rule…Always remember,planning and evaluation station always uses the SBAR rule

Yes they should include all history from her assessment station as well

Ur medical history is already part of the history of the patient which you will verbalise under evaluation background
