it is so much helpful to understand the assessment part, I have question, unlike antenatal and labor where area of concern is evident, in postnatal what are usual things arises aside from pain, bleeding, if considering it falls to social and psychological, how are we gonna interpret? It’s easy to recommend referral to GPs however the differential diagnosis can’t be like psychosis? Is there common terms to describe it?

Psychosis is stream and above midwifery level,some psychological differential diagnosis can be postpartum blue or safeguarding adult or safeguarding child
