You need to verbalise and demonstrate how u will do it to let the examiner know u know what you doing,and they should be able to give the answer,also most of the time the contraction would already be stated in the scenario

Always read out your score results and the action to take from the back of the MEOWS charts and always say ur differential diagnosis otherwise ur examiner will fail u
