One of the best processes to lose weight easier and more effectively in a healthy manner. Actually, I have been following intermittent fasting past two months > my eating window is 20/4. I have lost almost 7.6 kg in the short term. Even I’d recommend that people be consistent because as you mentioned the initial period was pretty difficult to handle our hunger. However, if you manage it > you will be king of your path guys :)
