Thanks. There was a very popular youtuber girl called Brookers many years ago. I seen her fun vids on and off for a few years. I didnt even relize she had a severe scolosis till one vid had her xrays. I believe she got an operation. I have osteophytes on my spine.

Oh wow, I just quickly did a Google search on Osteophytes. That's crazy! How has your condition affected you? Do you have any information on Brookers' Scoliosis? If any treatments have worked for her, pain wise? How the disability has affected her later in life? Thank you for the info you already gave too!

@@gingercowgirl5358 When I needed an MRI for a hernia operation, they found a large watery type of cyst on my spleen and some osteophytes on my spine. I had the hernia fixed and spleen removed in the same operation at the VA in Manhattan. Mostly a laproscopic operation. Well after some problems with hernia stuff, two more operations. I guess the osteophytes are not a huge problem yet other than maybe an achy back of some sort. I try to not lift things too long.
As for Brookers, I just seen a new channel, so I guess all the old videos have been deleted and maybe its possible to contact her, but there is also many others just the same. ruclips.net/video/2v0YNZka94U/видео.html

Thank you for the direction to her channel. I'm really curious to know more and see how other people might be surviving this awful disability. So it sounds like you've gone through quite the medical adventure but haven't had a lot of difficulty? Or did I totally misunderstand?

@@gingercowgirl5358 The osteophytes or pain isn't signifigant yet, I dont take any cure or pain medicine, but its still a bone disease to worry about. Hernia operations are very common I found out in the hospital. After the first operation, I had lesions causing digestive issues, then I got the hernia mesh in. Then there was a twisting or blockage issue next. I'm ok, I try not to lift heavy things. I need do loose some weight, 20lbs at least, but being too thin can mean weak stomach muscles and then hernia.

Haha yeah, I need to lose weight too.. tone up as well. Probably the same as you by now, 10-20lbs. I'm glad your situation isn't severe yet but it is still definitely a situation to be aware of for sure. Your health is number one.

Haha yeah, I really don't want to talk about my back hurting 24/7. I generally don't even complain about it because, what's the point? The purpose of this series was to educate people on different disabilities, being more compassionate, and our protected rights under the Human Rights Code. I don't have any issues though explaining or talking to people about my disability and what my specific situation is like 😄
