This was really good information & incredibly factual. I had horrible gut health for many years. I had become addicted to pain pills through multiple surgeries due to having lupus. I decided 8 years ago to get myself together & get sober. I got sober & really cleaned up my diet. My lupus has been in remission for 6 years now & I have NEVER felt better! Life is amazing. We really do have the ability to heal ourselves. It all starts with self- love. ❤️

Mel I couldn't thank you enough! I've been listening/watching this podcast for almost a year now, and this is the first time I comment... and you have absolutely no idea how you're changing my life. All these renowned experts that you bring at 0 cost, are pure gold! And I'm not just listening...I'm taking action...and my life is really improving! I'll write longer one of these days to tell you a little bit more in the specific areas that I'm improving...and it's thanks to you! Three years ago I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and I was heavily and wrongly medicated...turns out it might be adhd and/or autism. In a nutshell, I didn't want to live anymore...but I found you (I don't even remember how) and I've started listening and paying attention to what you and the experts were saying, and the final words at the end of every episode really started to hit: "I love you, I believe in you..." So, I told myself that I also (more than anybody) needed to love me and to believe in me...and on every episode I'm learning new things to do so. I'm 40 and I won't go back to a psychiatrist/psychologist anymore (although I'd love to meet Dr. Chris Palmer)...I'm feeling way better now...and most importantly: I want to live :) Thank you again Mel! your friend from Argentina🙂

This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

Probiotics and learning gut health changed my life. I had chronic diarrhea, SIBO, 4 different strains out of control, and lastly giardia and H Pylori at 41! For years I didn’t know what was going on…had poor gut health. 10 years later I have a masters in nutrition and have changed my health 180%. I’m pretty sure I would have developed an immune issue the way I was going.

Love this. Very interesting. I've done many different elimination diets. Trying to figure out how to balance hormones, get rid of night sweats, hot flashes. All the fun stuff that comes with being 48. What I've found, as long as I stay away from processed food, even "healthy" processed , I can control them. I've done vegan, raw vegan, carnivor. They all helped w the symptoms. The best I feel is when I eat all whole foods, veg and animal protien. No gluten. No processed
