I just moved a lil more than an hour from my hometown, Covington (right across the river of cincy, which is where those bridges connect to) I was feeling homesick today, seeing that riverfront made me feel a little better.
I love what Andy's done, taking the negativity of his mind and turning it into some amazing music. He's still the same Andy, guys. He's growing, trying new things and doing what he loves. BVB isn't over. I'll always support him, he's an inspiration and genuine, soulful person.

I personally thought he sounded his best when he borrowed Remington Leith's voice from Palaye Royale.

It's been 5 years since I started to listen to BVB songs and then Andy Black's ones. And I wanna say that you're forever and ever my favorite person. As a decade long BVB fan I have to say not really my cup of tea. But still there is no artist who I admire more than Andy. I think it's awesome he has another outlet to express his talent and creativity and do different things. I'm behind him all the way.

It's probably healthy for all of them, not just Andy, to take a break from the band and do other things. The band isn't breaking up, they will get back in the studio when they get the itch to write again.

I love this song so much! I've listened to Andy's music for about four years now and can definitely say Black Veil Brides/Andy Black has shaped how I grew up. It makes me so incredibly proud to call myself an Ohioan.
Seeing how he’s grown up so much and differently from 2009 Andy to 2019 Andy.. Only true fans will always accept his new music. If you can love The Gunsling which was one of his first songs, then you can love Ghost of Ohio as well🤷🏻♀️🖤

As a decade long BVB fan I have to say not really my cup of tea. But still there is no artist who I admire more than Andy. I think it's awesome he has another outlet to express his talent and creativity and do different things. I'm behind him all the way.

@@Skyee_AK well they just put out an album last year and just finished a world tour (I missed them in New York, sucks couldn't go). It's probably healthy for all of them, not just Andy, to take a break from the band and do other things. The band isn't breaking up, they will get back in the studio when they get the itch to write again.

@@Skyee_AK He's not prioritizing it more, he's just promoting it more cause it comes out next month. Thats like saying Jake prioritizes Aelonia over BVB, it's simply not true, they are both just side projects. It doesn't mean they see that as more important. Tbh Andy is a VERY busy man, he's releasing The Ghost of Ohio album and comic book, filming Paradise City and touring.

I love this song so much! I've listened to Andy's music for about four years now and can definitely say Black Veil Brides/Andy Black has shaped how I grew up. It makes me so incredibly proud to call myself an Ohioan.
Seeing how he’s grown up so much and differently from 2009 Andy to 2019 Andy.. Only true fans will always accept his new music.
If you can love The Gunsling which was one of his first songs, then you can love Ghost of Ohio as well🤷🏻♀️🖤

It shouldn’t be about trying to be the “truest fan”. It should just simply be about enjoying the music. Some people may love his older music but aren’t really into his newer stuff or vice versa.
For example i love all of his previous albums from We stitch these wounds to the shadow side. I wasn’t really into this song and thats okay because i’ll still continue to support him as a person.
