I really struggle with my mind jumping from thought to thought sometimes. It‘s not easy to focus on some tasks because any thought can pop up at any time and it happens all the time and I notice it after a couple of thoughts have popped up and distracted me from my task. I think I will try even more to do short breaks as I do allready, hopefully it helps me. Thank you for sharing your stories and your advise with us, it helps a lot! Thank you very much! ❤
