Mattip, this sounds great! You really captured the calming "let's get started!" kind of vibe here with the instrumentation and overall atmosphere. It's light and breezy, but has a nice amount of rhythmic drive, too.
I really like your instrument choices here, with those layered plucky leads that persist throughout the song. The way additional elements are added throughout the remix is really well done, and gives the listener an opportunity to appreciate the instruments individually as they're layered in. The way it starts with the vibraphone in the first half of the song gives is a gentler feel, almost a bit like you'd hear in a commercial for a vacation destination or something along those lines. And the added guitar part at 1:46 really brings in an entirely different kind of sound, which still sounds very much in-theme with what you're going for. This really has that quintessential 3DS sound - great job being true to that, while making it entirely your own!
The percussive elements here really shine, and I like how they're used selectively, to add a more driving rhythm to some parts. I like the way things really kick into gear at 0:45 with the strong kick base and that satisfying hi hat pattern. It has a great groove, and the subtle claps add a lot, as well! And big props to Newbit music for that sick bassline, which adds loads of warmth and depth to the piece, without being overbearing. Everything is perfectly balanced here, and the atmospheric elements and noise sweeps give it a sense of fullness and wideness, like you're in a big room with lots of sunlight filtering in.
Excellent work, you two! This is an underrated piece, and you've breathed new life into it with this easy-on-the-ears remix! :D
