  • Another long grind workout today - w/ lots of time between Legless rope climb efforts, backed up immediately by a standard rope climb "quickly" after the Legless.
    Jump to the end of the video (appox 30:10) to see my heart rate at 180+ when I finish.
    Today's training:
    10 rounds for time (30 minute CAP ... just made it!):
    12 calorie row
    12 GHD situps
    12 calorie row
    1 Legless rope climb
    1 Rope climb
