Your documentary was great! You covered so much that we are very excited about our upcoming Alaska cruise with Norwegian in June 2022. We will be visiting some of the same ports and can’t wait. Your information was very helpful in regards to embarkation, COVID testing, it being cold and rainy and suggesting to bring layered clothing as well as rain gear and also information regarding the internet packages. I agree with other post, you were so down to earth and I could relate and did not mind watching the entire documentary. It gives us so much to look forward to. I would like to know if the water was calm from Seattle to Alaska? Again, great documentary!

So much better than the drab ones showing the same thing, blah blah this is the closet blah blah. I am definitely changing my wardrobe, no one really shows how much it rains or how cold it might be, especially the shoe selection will have to change. Thanks for that. And I didn’t know about all the docking changes.that will make a difference when I choose my shore excursions.

That shuttle to town from a port that is 7 miles from town is a nightmare. Next time cruise on HAL, they will also make sure you see the glaciers! HAL has been cruising Alaska for decades!

If you have no outer water proof shoes t o keep your feet dry use a disposable shower cap inside your shoes. Put on you sox the thicker the better and then put your foot into a shower cap or a plastic bag. Then put your foot into your shoes. (Trim the excess length off the plastic bag if it is too long) so your shoes may be wet but your feet will be dry and warmer than wet sox feet.
You and your family are absolutely delightful. I would love to meet your mom and dad! Actually all of you! We live in Southwest Florida and we will be sailing to Alaska in June. I think it would be a lot more fun if the four of you were with us. Thanks for all the tips!

I did the Norwegian joy out of Seattle when it first got to the United States in 2019. Agree the food was great the drop slide was fun. Did a white water rafting in front of the glacier in Juneau and down a river also very enjoyable. Love your video.

I've been on three Norwegian cruises and I found the dining very very good. taste was not the main dining room but one of those side ones. The specialty dining was also good the French, Japanese restaurant and Brazilian restaurant was also good worth the extra money for the dining experience.
I'm going on a RCI glacier cruise in August with my mom & sister so I've been watching all sorts of Alaskan cruise videos, and I really appreciate how detailed this one is. Also, Alyssa looks SO MUCH like my sister! It's kind of uncanny so that's weird but also nice.
Great video. Princess Cruises also uses the Seattle luggage valet. I believe it's for all cruises out of Seattle that offers it. Awesome little perk, for those have time or want to explore prior to their flight departure.

Been to Alaska 6 times and watched lots of videos and enjoyed this more than any other. They do have port valet with Holland America as well

So have you told NCL what you think of the Ketchican terminal? Seems like they didn't have a good plan to move passengers into town.
