I'm very impressed with the user interface of this plugin. At a glance it looks so simple that it's easy to assume that it doesn't do very much. However, not only is it very powerful but it is also very logically laid-out. Well done, Polyverse!
well...its a genial tool, like manipulator. Most amazing apart from the perfect functionality and output is the GUI. Theres hardly any plugins out there providing such complexity under such a fresh understandable user interface. So clever, so good. bought!
This is a bizarre mix between sugar bytes WOW and LinPlug's Relectro, with some soft tube knobs at the top :) It sounds pretty ace though, would take days to do this stuff manually. (I hate doing gltich edits.)
This plugin is on my list to buy... I am definitely interested in experimenting with it before/after/aux other buffer based processing such as Izotope stutter edit.
I Wish 2 big wish: There are arps, sequencers, timestretch, warping etc already out there, but what I Wish potentially uniquely allows is doing all this on a per note/voice basis! So…(per note): 1. Two internal “arps”. One as a repeater so I Wish can move through the audio as each note is held, with control over the granularity/smoothness of the representation. A subsequent arp as a sequencer of the evolving sound produced by the first “arp”, with controls for pitch (so we can create per-note arpeggios of various length/steps (at least 7 steps for 2 octaves, 32 is cool for soundscape stuff)), volume (for a delay-like fade out), pan (to fill the stereo field with a bloom of notes), reverse (for alternate texture or effect). I imagine it would be like looking up into a waterfall of sound as you play the piano! 2. Matrix style cool timestretch bending of reality/sound. With an envelope to change it over time. With an option to preserve the transient/start or not. This would operate after the first “arp” above. But maybe it could sound cool before it or after both. 3. Wavetable-like warp modes. Either on the standard single waveform captured, and/or on the post-first “arp” sound. 4. MPE so that we could alter aspects of the above effects live and per note. This is what I Wish. But now maybe you are wishing it too! Hope to see it soon, thanks!
Thanks for the feature suggestions. I will forward them to the team. We already have plans for similar features on our upcoming synth in the future. Is there anything else that you would like to have in our plugins?
@@PolyverseMusic Wow, Polyverse is cool. Here’s something I’ve been wondering about: Wavetables are a series of single cycle waveforms, and grains are single cycles; couldn’t a hybrid synth be made? I imagine, since wavetables that first fft resynthesize audio, which incurs latency, maybe while the first wave table is being created, the quicker I Wish algorithm could be used and then fade into the resynthed wavetable when it’s done. Then, to keep the wavetable evolving, be creating a second wave table which can be spectrally connected and morphed to. So, a 3d layer cake of wavetable cycles, continually growing and/or rotating in and out. It may be too slow to keep up with the audio input, but that’s ok if the real goal is just to create an ever evolving set of wave tables to play. Since the wavetable has single cycles, why could they be used simultaneously in a granular engine. So, a wavetable oscillator and a granular oscillator both pulling n using the same cycles (or not). Layering, crossfading, fm/am-ing, or other ways of morphing and cross-affecting. JMG’s Transmutater has a great morph algo. Anri Kunitake’s maxforlive ReSpect is a clever glitch bin scrambler. And Woulg’s maxforlive GrainSpec is a cool glitcher that actually can fade between spectral and granular processing.
@@PolyverseMusic In line with your physical modeling modal filter, what if a captured waveform had mass, tension etc; what would it sound like to apply an exciter to that? And what would happen if you had two such waveforms and as you brought them closer together, they would bump and bounce? off of each other aaccording.to their mass, momentum, acceleration etc.
@@PolyverseMusic You could have the granular sound being periodically or randomly or on button press, fed back into another layer of the 3d wavetable, and the current wavetable sound fed back into the granulator.
Is Converting Vegetarians available on iTunes? LOL!! Seriously, I’m picking this up TODAY while the VSTBUZZ sale is going on for half price. Amazing plugin and great video presentation. I can’t stop singing converting vegetarians!
Bros I really need help, I want to put I wish on different sounds and use them together but when I do this, it takes a single I wish effect on every sound, how can I control this?
How do you use it ? I refer to the manual with an audio track and an midi. But it's not the same result with logic pro, the sound stops between the audio track and the midi when one is playing. Do you understand me ?
+Natural Bodybuilder as most other audio effects. Have the sample in an audio track, add the effect to that channel. Add your midi notes to a midi track, an on that channels "midi out", choose the audio channel you applied the effect to.
+Danny Sosa not sure if you're aware, but you're asking for an illegal cracked copy of a plug-in with your full name on the company's own youtube channel
+Alejo Gonzáles Im fully aware, I just thought there would be a fellow torrent enthusiast out of the 29,553 people who watched this to help a brotha out, didn't hesitate to ask though so I might as well have asked :)
I wish all tutorials were like this.. Not to long, not to short, but right to the point with really good explanation.
After seeing this plugin tutorial i have massive urge to convert vegetarians

This is a fantastic product! You should also mention that this plug-in is capable of read/write/touch automation! Great job guys
this is seriously amazing, i need this in my life, my life will be better with this
having fun with it is the most important thing. thank you infected mushroom.
The vocal would be a hit... Legends!

11:37 Finally something that actually sound cool AF.
Very cool plugin. So many people will have fun with it......and get practical sounds. Thanks

Amazing plug-in, and Pusher too! Been a huge IM fan forever!!
Great plugin and great tutorial!
Happy mushrooms! :-)

Awesome plugin!
A trial version would be nice guys, to test it first...
trial version is already on their site :)
Looks amazing!

Sorry, but i thought this plug-in was over used in the album.
However i definitely would like to try it out. Great work!
Great walkthrough. Thanks!
And PS: you sing wonderfully! ... when the I Wish plugin is active 🤪
The plugin of illuminati!!!Respect!!!
very clear video, great presentation.

Also because spectral and granular process both have their own special fx possible.

Legend has it, hes still converting vegetarians

amazing tutorial
Cool!🔥🔥👍
hello good night, it is possible to send a video working within the protools ?, thank ryldo
i love this plugin
whats the name of that arpeggiator at 4.26 ?
That's Logic's stock Arpeggiator!
Bros I really need help, I want to put I wish on different sounds and use them together but when I do this, it takes a single I wish effect on every sound, how can I control this?
I skipped ahead and heard the processed version first, and (no doubt influenced by the context) misheard it as "converting pitch at 10 AM"
how to use this in Digital performer ver 8?
Thanks
Amazing!
If possible, Please upload a video to use in ableton live. I could not solve.
+Polyverse Music Problem solving! It works perfectly. It really is wonderful and the best plug-ins.
How do you use it ? I refer to the manual with an audio track and an midi. But it's not the same result with logic pro, the sound stops between the audio track and the midi when one is playing. Do you understand me ?
+Polyverse Music Please make a video for ableton !
You can make the same with Vocoder inside Ableton Live :)
In theory, you could bounce midi tracks to audio and do the same thing, right?
It would be the same only if you use I Wish for bouncing
amazing
I am ready to convert vegetarians now. Thank you
Wonderful!
Is there a known name of that effect at 2:15 ? I hear that effect all the time but i cant find any information about it
Stutter effect where audio is frozen and looped back very quickly
What Vst are you using at 6:30? Sounds really good!
its not a vst its mp3 file of a eGuitar as he said and as you can see on thevideo .
pretty neat
Anyone got this to work with Reason yet ? I cant seem to work it out :(
I'm using Cakewalk SONAR, and do not know how to configure I WISH for this software. Nothing I try works.
Please send us an email at support@polyversemusic.com and we'll get you sorted!
So "You Wish" "Converting Vegetarians" - well, it doesn't work on me :P
- maybe because I'm a Vegan already :D
Nice plugin tho
Same here ;)
You had to tell us
SHAME
Whats the intro song?
Seeing this makes me want to play with Serato Sampler
Could we please have a basic tutorial for FL Studio also? Thanks
+werehogify Could you get it to work in FL Studio? All it's giving me is beeping sounds instead of looping the sound.
+werehogify
it works the same in any sequecer
it looks that
all you need is audio signal
feeding the "i wish pluging" input
thanks.
omnisphere for adults
i like it
please use izotope mouth de-click
sick! @_@
i need a midi of this track so bad
you could probably use this for fnf voices
Amazing :) Lets get creative ;)
Let's go!
I will buy it today and now my life will change into something special 😍🤗
How to using in Ableton live?
+Natural Bodybuilder as most other audio effects. Have the sample in an audio track, add the effect to that channel. Add your midi notes to a midi track, an on that channels "midi out", choose the audio channel you applied the effect to.
+perstale2 Thank you! : D
+Natural Bodybuilder look on the manual for Ableton Live
polyversemusic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/I-Wish-Manual.pdf
+AViRAm sosorry! I did not check the manual. thank you! : D

+Danny Sosa not sure if you're aware, but you're asking for an illegal cracked copy of a plug-in with your full name on the company's own youtube channel
