That what started JH channel. Always loved the content he makes. Loved when he was in, cleet videos and love that he can’t help him self but make truck don’t stuff there rlly not suppose to do.
You should turn the fuel door into a jump start door. Run a positive wire to the battery or started, and a ground to the frame. That way you never have to pop the hood to jump start it.
That's what used on my custom Non-Harley bike, Fuel and oil level. Have you seen the Holley Easy Level , Laser Fuel Level Sender Part # 19-250-1 I installed them in my RV water tanks and gray water.
You should put on a driveshaft guard like they have in the monster jam trucks. Won’t have to worry about it breaking and flailing around into the fuel tank
Good thinking with the sump fuel pump, buddy. Have you considered making some baffles outta that stock to throw in the fuel tank to keep it from sloshing around too much? Also, what spool gun are you using? Great content as always, can't wait to see this thing tearing up the mud pits of Florida.
you might be able to get the sendingunit working through the whole range if you extend the float arm the tank is higher and the float needs to swing through a larger dept theres penty of room in the tank to feed the longer arm in when mounting it as for a driveshaft possibly hitting it : mount a bar across onder that sump should stop a flinging driveshaft toolbox could still be mounted with the tank inside it . protects it a little more against mud and stuff and you can lock it up so they cannot get to the fillercap might be nice to add a small pump and tanknozzle so youre able to gass up other vehicles out of the main tank
3:14 your man Justin was unwrapping that gas tank box like a "VERY" happy kid on Christmas day😂😂😂😂😂 he was excited lol... hes the best partner anyone could ask for
Tank and sump looks good but I would give serious consideration to putting a shield across the the frame to protect the sump for that full send destruction that JH and a Bush Latte have been known to do. Additionally I would fab a cover for the return lines on the side of the tank for no other reason than cosmetics but also to keep someone riding in the bed from grabbing it and either tearing a return line off or getting their hand torn up while holding it when things get rowdy.
Lol old school fuel level system. Put a 90 at the top and the bottom and put a clear hose on it hahaha. You can also get these little glass sight bungs that let you see where it is
Just a suggestion gift for your boy Cleetus. Seeing how he mentioned he doesn't get much gifts. Try n get as many people you guys can to pitch in n pick him up a Dusan mini for his B-Day before he gets one. Just a thought from Alaska! I sure enjoy watching watching you guys content.
Just my opinion but I think it being a mud truck and all find you a old tool box you like cut the bottom out still right over the top serves as a seat and protects the pump on top. Regardless love to see her coming together.
Returning one of those to the sump would help to keep from draining the sump on weird angles if tank is low. Yeah it could put air in it but if the fast takes the air out then shouldn’t be much if any. Point is, that pump could suck that sump dry quick and if you are at a weird angle on a low tank the fast will suck it dry with no good return to it. Hope that makes sense. 🤷🏽♂️
Coming from Europe, that monster of a Denali is just THE most ridiculous truck. Sadly, I can't win it here, not that it would even fit on the roads. BUT I LOVE IT!!! 😂 Buying a hat anyway!
4:22 one of the easiest way I can think of is like a sight glass 2 90° one pointing down and one pointing up with a pice of clear pex or something see threw and it will show you the level of the tank
Come on !! Getter done Justin hammer it out brother!! Hit Garrett up for a loan he’s drowning in it !! Lol, can’t wait to see it in the mud and the pull pad . Boys better be ready cause JH is going to drag your ass !! Nice job brother!
Man I love the give away truck I've worked on tons of em but never owned one myself but I've always liked them especially tricked out like that one....
WELL, Sh*t the bed Fred!!! I've finally seen someone using cutting paste! I have recommended it so many times to other youtubers that I finally gave up saying anything.
I would rather win a prize where you get to hang out and work with JH for a week building his channel stuff.........same for Cleetus. It would be way more of a prize for me
So you're comparing major components to a truck bed fuel tank on availability. Come on guy use some common sense. You can walk into any farm store and buy one of those tanks right now. Majority of the parts he's waiting on are some type of performance or aftermarket part. I've waited weeks before and then got the wrong part then you start that process all over again.
Damn if you wanted a tool box could have gotten the tool box and fuel cell in one from uws that would of been cool then you real wouldnt of known the tank isnt back there
Hey could you guys maybe answer me a question I have a 99 F250 Super Duty with the 7.3 diesel I love the truck I've been through two transmissions and this will be my third went out and spent good money on a remanufactured transmission to only have it last 7 months and them not cover the warranty over a crack in the case and then I ended up smashing it to the floor and f***** it up worse! Is there some kind of a shim kit for that year that they came up with between the motor and transmission do you know it's December 1st 2024 at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Let's freaking go brother hahaha who remembers when he flipped it in Ole cleets pond 💯🇺🇸🙈
That was one of the wildest things I've seen! I'm just glad no one got hurt! That shit was scary to watch 😅
ole skeet’s pond ate that thing 😂😂😂
That's when I decided to subscribe to his channel,,, 😂
That what started JH channel. Always loved the content he makes. Loved when he was in, cleet videos and love that he can’t help him self but make truck don’t stuff there rlly not suppose to do.
Same here that's around the time I really started watching to see who that wild man JH who was lol 🔥🏁🇺🇲
You should turn the fuel door into a jump start door. Run a positive wire to the battery or started, and a ground to the frame. That way you never have to pop the hood to jump start it.
Eason while working on the fuel tank got me with the " That's money dude " im dying lol , good ole SK ...Good show guys thanks for sharing
Fuel gauge- 2 elbows and clear tubing. Hole and elbow at top and bottom on side, tubing between. Nothing to break.
That's what used on my custom Non-Harley bike, Fuel and oil level. Have you seen the Holley Easy Level , Laser Fuel Level Sender
Part # 19-250-1
I installed them in my RV water tanks and gray water.

13:25
Good point... Go the extra mile and install a steel plate under the sump.
Watching Justin work metal is like watching close-up magic
Eason is a wizard. Truck is looking amazing! Can’t wait to see her run!
Good thinking with the sump fuel pump, buddy. Have you considered making some baffles outta that stock to throw in the fuel tank to keep it from sloshing around too much? Also, what spool gun are you using? Great content as always, can't wait to see this thing tearing up the mud pits of Florida.
Definitely needs some baffles.
you might be able to get the sendingunit working through the whole range if you extend the float arm the tank is higher and the float needs to swing through a larger dept theres penty of room in the tank to feed the longer arm in when mounting it
as for a driveshaft possibly hitting it : mount a bar across onder that sump should stop a flinging driveshaft
toolbox could still be mounted with the tank inside it . protects it a little more against mud and stuff and you can lock it up so they cannot get to the fillercap
might be nice to add a small pump and tanknozzle so youre able to gass up other vehicles out of the main tank
The mega truck is coming out amazing can't wait to see you guys and girls in the mud again in another mega truck.
3:14 your man Justin was unwrapping that gas tank box like a "VERY" happy kid on Christmas day😂😂😂😂😂 he was excited lol... hes the best partner anyone could ask for
Love all the details on the build and sticking to the doing it right mantra with the rebuild!
i can not waite to see this rig finished and hear it purr, great work both of you are doing!!😃
JH my boy, everything is sold out. Can we get some pre order hoodies at least? Congrats on the killer sales.
Justin just does a great job building your monster Mud Truck 2.0 I just can't wait to see it rip in the mud!!!
Should frame in a base on top of truck frame for fuel tank to sit down on the frame at least would bring the top down 6 "...
What about a driveshaft loop like monster trucks have for safety?
The truck is coming along nice thanks for updating us
The methods and tools used are awesome feels like everyone back yard garage
Lol old school fuel level system. Put a 90 at the top and the bottom and put a clear hose on it hahaha. You can also get these little glass sight bungs that let you see where it is
Great idea for the glass sight for fuel level hopefully they won't go to the old stick on the ground way
Hope the returns run to the bottom of tank to prevent air in the fuel. Was told by a old timer they hate air in the fuel
Merry Christmas 🎄, GOD BLESS YOU AND FAMILY.

He's already had one I think
The energy in this content is wild. Love it.
Reported.
George looks like the wish version of Tickle from Moonshiners
Hes the sober version 😂
@jeremyedwards7357 RIGHT?! 🤣
They look nothing alike.
@@jerrywilcox9890 yes they do
@christianshadrick1150 no they don't not even close lol.
Love the sump!!! I really enjoy the channel… good vibes
Just my opinion but I think it being a mud truck and all find you a old tool box you like cut the bottom out still right over the top serves as a seat and protects the pump on top. Regardless love to see her coming together.
Once the drive shaft is in, I'd look at shielding the fuel cell
Check out the Holley Easy Level fuel sender, its universal and uses a laser to measure fuel level.
look up holly Infared fuel sensor it uses lidar to measure the depth of fuel left in the tank
Coming from Europe, that monster of a Denali is just THE most ridiculous truck. Sadly, I can't win it here, not that it would even fit on the roads. BUT I LOVE IT!!! 😂 Buying a hat anyway!
Can't wait to see the truck brother. Looking amazing so far 👌
4:22 one of the easiest way I can think of is like a sight glass 2 90° one pointing down and one pointing up with a pice of clear pex or something see threw and it will show you the level of the tank
Pex is not rated for fuels. Use clear gas line.
@ryanfriars545 I seen my typing mistake I mentioned to say something lol
Eason put in the original fuel sending unit which has the fuel gauge sensor built in .
You guy's could do a clear hose fule level window on the outside of the tank next to the return hose .
Guys, just get some Holley Hydramats! That's all you need for steady fuel pressure
Then you don’t have all the welding action in the video 😂
JH and Eason, y'all rock! Peace 🤘
Awesome job fellas, Keep up the good work 👍
Come on !! Getter done Justin hammer it out brother!! Hit Garrett up for a loan he’s drowning in it !! Lol, can’t wait to see it in the mud and the pull pad . Boys better be ready cause JH is going to drag your ass !! Nice job brother!
I think you may want drop tubes for the return line, else the fuel will constantly be aerating.
Great job filming this video! They get better and better each time! Great job guys keep up the good work!
4:26 Radium makes a universal fuel level sensor. Bolts to the top of the tank.
Put a skid plate between the extra fuel storage and the shaft
I got up last night at 12 and shovelled snow till 2am. Then i got up this morning and shovelled snow all day. You still hiring JH? ✌🏽😎
Clean install brother.
I love them all but my first choice would be the JH gmc!
Man I love the give away truck I've worked on tons of em but never owned one myself but I've always liked them especially tricked out like that one....
Dude, Y'all have gotten really good at these videos!! The content and editing etc is damn good honestly. 🤙🏻
Add a drive shaft loop to prevent it getting into the sump box?
Hell yeah brother can't wait to see this thing in action!💪💪
Do you have to run the fass filters or will it take a cat filter or other brands
Looking forward to the finished product!
I hope that tank has baffles in it.
Someone probably already said it but what about a drive shaft hoops to save the fuel cell
Stalecracker reference! Respect.
The Dukes of Justin back at it again!! Can't keep them Diesel boys down!!!
I was going to be very impressed if Eason busted out the tig welder and glued that tank together lol spool gun ftw
Aftermarket digital fuel sensors work well.
Tank will work great I ran them before
Put tool boxes down the bed rails so you can get to them from either side easily
16 min. In . . .
😂 dats money dude sounds like ol buddy from the Louisiana bayou
You should have made it out of steel, that aluminum is going to fatigue and crack like what you have had with your airboat tank.
WELL, Sh*t the bed Fred!!!
I've finally seen someone using cutting paste! I have recommended it so many times to other youtubers that I finally gave up saying anything.
They make a fuel level sensor that uses a lazer to measure the fluid inside could be a good solution 🤷♂️
coming together sick
Fired Up soon enough, can't rush perfection 👌
Thats money dude! Good ole stalekracker
Do those fuel lines need clamps? I feel like that much pressure might pop those lines off.
It's looking great!
Great content thanks for sharing
love watching justin fabricate!
What did he put on the flappy wheel before he started to grind on the aluminum?
I built a 40ish gallon tank, and I bought a holley laser fuel level sensor.
I would rather win a prize where you get to hang out and work with JH for a week building his channel stuff.........same for Cleetus. It would be way more of a prize for me
"We're just waiting on these last parts to come in so we can do this all at once" "We just got this tank in today, ordered it a few days ago"
Love this channel! 👊
That’s going to be like a $1000 fill up. 😂
Looking good!
A pole style sending unit for fuel tank. ⛽️
Dang, I'm going to have to put an addition on my shop when I win both trucks! 😂
Damn if you wanted a tool box could have gotten the tool box and fuel cell in one from uws that would of been cool then you real wouldnt of known the tank isnt back there
Looking good!!!!! Let’s go!!!!
Great work easton
Aluminum can hold up to frayed carbon fiber, probably.
Suprised didn’t line bed first looks good tho

Use a marine tank fuel sending unit
Justin E is a work horse
Keep up the good work 🖤
George messed up the tailgate lol
Don't need no plasma table cutter or metal break and sheer, got my Dad's skillsaw and Jh's cuttin torch, This is Florida Man Shit, Go Get Sum
I built a whole house with a skillsaw, shi bo
Shock height..? HUGE
Wouldnt you want the fuel return to feed back into the sump so it doesnt get pumped dry🤔🤔🤔
That tank would look sick black or black chrome
Buy that tailgate protector i sent you!
Go old school on fuel level with a sight glass
Good Job
HI JH!
