Was going through the comments and felt like putting this here. First of all, thank you from the core of my heart 🙏 It feels blessed to realise how relatable our problems are, we're all fighting one or the other battle in our lives. I'd like to highlight (so that my journey doesn't end up misguiding anyone) that I had this RUclips Channel as a cushion to fall back on before I quit my job. Most people don't have a back-up. If you are inspired to pursue your passion or try it out, I'd recommend to take baby steps towards it. Please don't put yourself in a situation of financial distress. Just this much 🤗
I graduated in 2018 and I am confused to go for MBA or do something else. I have same problem with me, i don't like sales and same thing to do each and every month. I like creative work. What should I do.
Just don't delete this video . Never ever Delete this. Alot of guys need this assurance that they are not alone in this. Every words of yours made sense. Proud of you!! I am in Sales by the way... And I find this challenging and cool, but not excited to do it, because of no creative approach. Every month on month you have to hit the target. And it sucks more if you have no friends in the town to celebrate weekend. Anyways, You're Rockin' !!..
I can feel and relate so much after watching this video. I've recently joined a S&P 500 company, felt like a dream come true for someone who hasn't acheived much in education. But after 4 months in this job I'm dreading each and every single day, waking up feeling terified going to work, losing sleep, peace, confidence, self esteem what not you name it. Feels like quitting each day but I don't know what else I'll do. Feeling trapped and miserable. Nobody is going to listen as nobody can understand this, it's different for everybody.
Currently I had same experience worst work culture and environment and lost all most all the things within 2 months. I don't want to continue neither want to quit but at the end i quit it
Hi if possible you can come home and do some mandala colouring. To quit it decide to stay is your choice. You can surely give two more months and see , look for other jobs too
Great story! Decision to quit a high paying job is a rare scenario. I beleive big money can be earned irrespective of being educated in an iim or any highly reputed institute or not. I saw uneducated people earn much bigger than literates. It was interesting to hear your story
Thank you so much for sharing "not so perfect" part of your life. As aspirants see achievers to be perfect throughout their life which makes them suffer with inferiority complex but after seeing this video I hope their view will change. This video motivated me a lot as I too have had some mental issues in the past and while preparing for CAT 2022 they've started coming back because of this burden on my shoulders to prove my worth in the society. However after seeing this video my perspective did change. There's no need to prove anything to anyone. Your mental health should be your first priority. Life is not so perfect even after pursuing your dream degree from top notch b school (as it was in your case). Life can be equally fruitful with or without an Mba Degree. We just need to have the hunger for learning and growing!
It's really great listening to you didi . I did my 11th and 12th from science but mujhe uneasy sa lagta thaa . Chemistry and calculus were the worst enemies of my life at that point of time . I joined a coaching for preparing for jee in 11th but waha jane ke baad laga ki mere saath wale students are putting their all in it. I thought mai bhi kar lungaa but slowly slowly vo chapters ke back lagta gaya and itna ho gaya ki tension hone lagi . Exams me pehle no. Nahi aa rahe thee but phir dosto ke saath cheating karke sabki rank aane lagi . I was feeling ki galat kar raha hu and ek din maine 3rd class bunk karke dosto ke saath mall chala gaya bec vo class chem ki thi and vo bahot boring thaa but on that very day I realised that I will not be able to crack kit like this and more importantly I don't feel like studying these chapters . I thought to quit this coaching but fir gherpe kya batata . Itne mee half yearly results were out in school and my percent was 59 that was a serious letdown for me and my family but they were still ready to pay coaching fee. But mereko pata thaa ki is coaching se kuch nahi hoga and at that month I got typhoid and I skipped school and college for a month . I was hospitalized and when I came home in the evening there was an issue going on that mai coaching kaise karunga bec this travelling really doesn't suits my body so ek uncle ne kaha ki iss saal coaching mat karo 12th ke baad kar lenaa and mere ko ek mauka mil gaya I said ok . So coaching bund ho gayi mere marks improve ho gaye school me and in 12th I got 90 percent . Till then I have decided ki mai 2 saal drop nahi karunga coaching ke liya pehle hi 30K waste karwa diya hu mai . I said I will change my stream and choose commerce . I gaveenterence exam of many colledges for BBA . And I got selected for Symbiosis Pune but interview bacha thaa and usse pehle they wanted 1 lakh rs within 4 days . And at that point of time I was not having that much money so I left Symbiosis and waited for more results to come and luckily I got selected in Lucknow University .since I live in Lucknow I thought it was a good option for me .and now I am in my 1st year it's exam is in April . I am now planning to get admission in a top mba school . Since I left jee I already regret it but now I have a chance to reach the same level by a different road and I am willing to put my all in it. I watch your videos and those are the guidence I only need I really want to thank you for putting so much efforts in making those videos and covering all the small details . I joined an internship in Dec called mentorsity , younity and a WWF funding internship at once and it was super hectic I suddenly have to work on linkdin and create profile and recrute people for a hackathon and on the other hand I am doing sales work in younity and WWF ke fund ki to lag hi gayi at the end I was not able to complete my targets in any of them and mentorcity se to mere sales manager se jhagra bhi ho gaya after all thais I was expecting to get about 15k of stypend from adding them but I end up getting only rs 100 . Mera to dimag hi kharab ho gaya . But us ekmahine me mujhe 100 Rs kamane ke saath ye pata chala ki hr me kya karte hai and sales me kaisa kaam hota hai and on top of it mereko linkdin puri samajh me aa gayi . Mere 200 connections bane linkdin me ab pata nahi uska koi kaam hai ki nahi but ek profile to hai. Maine intern hiring ki hr wale internship me . At the end mereko bahut sara experience mila and linkdin thoda samajh me aaya . It was a nice try in my 1st semester ab exam khatam hone ke baad may se cat ki preperation bhi start karunga completely and saath me internship bhi karunga . And yes in the December only ek KPMG ka case study competition bhi join kiya tha but uske bhi 1st round me reject ho gaya . Usme mereko sabse pehle ek video send karni thi and I have to introduce myself but unlucky me it was a team competition and mere kamine dosto ne apni photos send kar di mereko whatsapp pe and said I should introduce them by using their photo and so I edited a video with the photo of those 3 idiots and explained their college and course etc. And I was sure it will be rejected and wahi huaa. But jo bhi ho ager maine aapka channel nahi dekha hota to mereko internship apps ke bare me pata hi nahi chalta and I would never have realised how to reach iim Ahmedabad target . Even my efforts have been useless till now but I built my confidence and developed the courage to do it right the next time . At least now I know what I have to do to reach and there is someone to guide me all the way to the top. Didi you are really doing great by making such informative videos . Like me there are lots of people who follow your each and every word . You are an ideal to all of us didi . Pls creating these lovely videos for us . Thank you. And I would like you to share my story on your channel so that new students who reach to your videos can know that what an amazing person you are . 😊👍👍👏👏
Yo bro , I am in my 2nd year of BBA rn , same as u , but opted for neet , I'm currently taking part in many case study competitions ( National lvl) and have been a finalist in 2 competitions , and winner in 1 ( came 5th) , I can go along with u for competitions since even I need a dedicated partner, u said u don't have such gud frnds, same here , so why don't u drop in ur insta ID ?
It takes guts and mountain of a courage to come out and speak about mental health issues. Immense respect. Thank you mam for constantly motivating us 🙏
It’s been 4 years m working in a private sector bank. Although I was happy when I got this but eventually I realised this job and the whole lifestyle was just sucking my happiness and this is mental torture and nothing else. I tried to quit this job many times but you know it’s too scary to even think about being jobless and not earning on your own. But finally gathered some courage and quit it after so many sleepless nights and a lots of overthinking. Right now m just listening to my inner voice and ready to devote my time for preparing for govt sector. like you I don’t know when m going to achieve that but atleast m happy by my decision and hoping the best.Thank you ❤
Since I work in public sector (govt office) let me tell you. It isn't really much different to private sector. I worked for 2-3 years in private. While preparing for govt job. Got in. Thought life would be bliss, relaxed pace of lifestyle though money was not that good compared to private. 5 years fast forward. It's literal hell. No one tell you the office politics in govt sector, higher officials appeasement. Egoistic co worker who make anonymous complaints against you. Frequent transfer or no transfer... And most of all. Nobody cares about anybody in govt job like private until you offer some financial opportunity (bribery/ corruption). Oh and yeah don't think about bringing drastic changes. No one likes it. Mediocrity is the Norm here.
@@lawclerksanbar3790 i know and I have already heard stories something like yours before making this decision. At the end you are in a service so you can’t find peace to the fullest but I am quite familiar with the work and environment so I am positive and confident about that , because I love helping people, handling customer queries and other banking operation so.
The true success in life is to realise that you don't need more and more , you just need enough for your basic needs and do what makes you happy an very happy to hear this decision of yours, you are a role model for all of us out there keep motivating us with your lovely content 😊
Hi, Thank you for sharing your journey 😊 Yes, it is very difficult to understand what we actually want to do and more difficult is to accept that the thing which is caling us is the right one. All the best 🌈
I feel so privileged that you found this community helpful in your hard time. Thank you for sharing this personal account - a lot of us are going through similar mental health issues as well, and your candid account helps me understand that I am no different - it can happen to anyone. I've been subscribed to non engineers since the time it was just a facebook page with 600 likes, and it makes me so so happy it's a community of 60k+ on RUclips only now!! ♥️
@moonlightgamers1436 Hey, I hope you find the courage and mental strength to tackle all challenges that life throws on you head on. Regarding what you said - no one said it's as tough as medical or engineering. But it doesn't mean we don't go through our fair share of problems as well. Thanks to India's population, it's hyper competitive no matter which field you choose - medical, management, engineering. Hell, even after studying for years and getting a 99.8ish percentile, so many candidates still don't end up in the colleges of their dreams. That said, not sure why a comparison is needed in the first place. Comparing between the two fields is like comparing apples with oranges. Invalidating the problems faced by thousands of people not in the same field as you won't help you get any closer to your dream. Thanks.
I really liked your video. I am an IIM Graduate and joined banking. I am also planning to leave my job because of the work culture. At first, I was afraid of doing this, but now hearing people like you made me confident that it ok to leave when you are not feeling to continue. Thanks for the video.
Ahhh, well where to start. Thank you for helping us all the way throughout preparation especially when we needed the most. You have impacted our lives so much ❤️ with full of positivity and encouraging us to do more hardwork. A big thank you on behalf of your community. Personally your videos were one of the reasons I was still going on with the prep last year. Not only teaching us about the exams tricks and tips or creating awareness about different career paths but also helping us to explore various aspects of our lives. Tussi great ho!!❤️❤️
That means a lot, Priyanka. Thank you so much 🙏 No matter how many times I try expressing it, words will always fall short for what this channel's community has helped me with.
Having satisfaction in what u r doing is the most important thing. BTW I want to appreciate you for all your efforts to encourage and guide CAT aspirants out there. Last year I myself checked all the answers written by you n honestly it all was helpful. In fact I converted IIM indore PGP last year but didn't join for some personal reasons. When I saw your video after such a long time ..thought of saying big thank you to you.
Same happened with me tbh. I didn't do coding while I was doing my engineering like I tried it and didn't like it and ended up getting a non tech service manager role in a telecom company. I can't describe the mental torture i went through. I did not fit that role and being stuck in a sub par no growth/flexible role and company even after being a graduate from a top tier college really sent me in depression. I quit after 18 months i just couldn't handle it. I prepared for cat and now have all the calls except banglore. I've now decided to pursue a career in SCM or analytics. I hope I get this chance and more than that I hope i like working in these fields. If not then I'll have to suck it up and continue because I can't be chasing butterflies all my life.
It's good Shivani Anand, tum acha Karogi,I guess u should take analytics side, bcauz consulting may helps, though it depends upon the past records of ur work ex..... Ya tum abhi se hi kuch business analytics related software seekh sakti ho
Thank you for being vulnerable with us, Shweta. It really means so much. Trust me, this is SO much more inspiring than the stories of people who portray that their lives are 'almost perfect' on social media. Also, you are so cute. Keep that smile always, lots of love!!
Wow.. This hit me hard. After hearing this, my respect towards you has increased more than ever. God bless you in whatever you want to do in your life. I know you will be reading this comments, so just remember we are here for you maam always.
I can just feel the positive energy through the way you talk and express yourself. Seriously never seen someone who radiates such a positive energy. I hope your RUclips channel grows exponentially!
I don't know to express my feelings towards people who are always upfront and tell both sides of the story. Thats why i like this channel. Keep up the great work. I am always with you
It's my 3rd attempt at CAT this year. Stakes are kinda high given my experience and age. This feels lika a hard time. I cant sleep properly right now. I felt like rewatching this video. And here i am! You exude so much positivity, Shweta. Thanks for being there!
Just ended up updating the recent thumbnails and came across your comment. It's understandable what you're going through - it must be happening with all the serious aspirants rn. Just know that you're gonna be super happy after the exam - firstly because it'll be finally over and secondly because you'll have come a long way 🙌 Good luck, I hope you do well. Take rest too..
I did a B2C sales job for about a month, it is really tough unless you are made for it. Good decision, mental health comes first. I am also very excited that you will be able to produce more content for us. All the best on this new journey!
I don't know you personally Shweta, but your story forced me to put up this comment on the most honest journey I came across YT. Have been going through a lot, but as you said, there are still a lot of things that makes us stay afloat. More love and power to you!
I have always been a silent spectator of your videos. But this video pushed me to write this. What you did takes guts. All the very best and thank you for all that you have done for this community!
Sometimes the hard decisions takes you to the destination that is the best for you. Really proud of you for taking such hard calls and following your Passion. All the very best for your YT venture and I am fully confident that you will do wonders here as well. You would always be an inspiration.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and making this video. For the last two years, I have been preparing for MBA entrance exams, and two years before that, I converted SIIB Pune, which was no doubt a good college, but I felt I could do better than this and took a year off to prepare once again for MBA entrance exams. During this time, I got connected with an organisation that was conducting a leadership lecture series on RUclips, which I later turned into a startup. After working there for a couple of months, I got interested in entrepreneurship, but as MBA came before entrepreneurship in my life, I appeared for as many exams as I could and finally converted IIFT on June 17th, 2022. Then I went there and attended the college for a week, and I came to realise that this is not something I want to do for the rest of my life. I felt that after entering into this it would be very difficult for me to come out of this ‘Rat Race’ and I would be bound to this for at least the next 6-7 years of my life, which would also keep me away from my startup. So, one week after starting college, I made the decision to leave my MBA programme and pursue something I am truly passionate about: working on my startup. I don’t know how long it will take for me to make money out of it, but I know that I will be happy and excited to work every day towards it. Hands off to you for taking this bold decision. I know how hard it is to make a decision like this.
Hey Shweta, I’ve been following your channel since 1.5 years now, despite being an engineer, lol, coz I found tremendous value in your content. When you said that even my life is not sorted and was not loving what I did everyday despite earning a high salary, it busted so many myths about IIM grads and dream jobs. Gives a lot of strength to people like me who’re still figuring out at 26 :D. Much more strength to you and hope you excel in all your endeavours.
This video has just put a smile at my face towards the end. I'm definitely watching this channel daily and will help it reach out within my network. You're doing an amazing job. It requires a lot of guts to take a step back and think what you need in life. Loosing a job of (1.5L+) is a difficult but it is far more courageous to loose the job with all the stuff you mentioned. God bless you and may you achieve everything in life.
I remember you from your quora days around the time you gave the interview for IIMA, rediscovered you just today and now we're here. Thanks for sharing your story and being strong, wish you the best :)
You know what shweta, for MBA aspirants like us who are constantly working hard day in day out to be in top 1%ilers, most of us aren't even sure whether we are gonna see the other end of tunnel ever (let alone number of attempts). You just gave us the ray of hope⭐ Gonna add your channels name to my study wall!!! Thank you! God bless you!
Best of luck, Shweta! You were going through so much but kept on helping us in our preparation journey. You're a very strong willed fighter and I'm sure you'll excel in whatever you decide on doing. Thank you so much for helping us plebs with your sweet sweet voice! Excited to get more tips and tricks now that you're doing this full time. Yayyy!
I can relate to each and every word you've said here. I've been through your shoes as even I did quit my job in consulting after IIM Kozhikode. Trust me I know the feeling of hitting rock bottom but life has much bigger, better plans for you in future. Best wishes for your YT venture. Godspeed. Cheers !!
Shweta ...i had never seen a girl as candid and as honest as you are. THANKS TO YOU .. thank you a zillion times for putting out your story. I can see much of us can relate to this.
We're super proud to have a mentor like you Ms Shweta! You've guided thousands of aspirants like us who were clueless and needed an initiating push. The way you came out sharing about the low phase in your life has made us respect you even more. We know things have been hard, but we all wish you a super successful path as a full-time creator and hope the journey keeps you happy and lively!
More power to you girl!! Kudos for having courage to follow what your heart says, and not being in the rat race!! Felt really good listening to your story, keep growing and keep motivating people!
It is true that most of the time we follow the trends to decide about our career and sometimes we feel like we are not a right fit for the job we are doing. It takes a lot of courage to leave the job to pursue what you really want. Your RUclips content is really helpful. I wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
Ma'am , I have been following your channel since I started my CAT preparation and trust me I was getting a much better guidance than the coaching I joined. I literally waited for your videos to come. Listening to just a voice in your videos gave me immense amount of motivation that could not match anything else. You are such a great teacher. Keep growing .You are already rocking it.
To be honest this was relatable. When you talked about sales and all , currently I am into sales as a fresher graduate BBA , you are right if one can survive sales then anything is possible for them . I felt that . I wake up everyday not criticising because I am grateful for the opportunity I have . Thank you for sharing this.
Shweta, You are such an inspiration for many people who keep doing things even they are aware that it is not somthing that they wanted to do for their whole life even after passing out from a primier B school..your words would definitely help to bring the courage required amongst all of us..Thank you !
Believe! Your are fortunate than millions of folks out there. You have already climbed the peak and went down the other side. Now it's time to see the peak of an other Mountain. All the best for your current and future endeavours. I personally benefitted from your YT content. Thank you:). Hope you earn as much in a day as you had earned for a month plus countless friends, experiences, wisdom and Joy. God bless All! God bless us!
Being a part of the non-engineers community from the beginning, I can definitely say that you have grown immensely as an individual and have touched many lives by helping them out. Wishing you all the best for your future endeavours. Great things are coming your way. Keep up the good work! Cheers😊
You will always be a source of inspiration for all the KMC students. I am a final year student pursuing bcom (hons) from KMC, would love to connect with you for seeking guidance.
Love that Line❤..."Mere Family me koi MBA nahi tha aur mujhe MBA krni thi, I know ki maine kaise Answers juggade hai" Very Honest and straight from heart video, I think thats what we like about your content....i think that's the reason its enriching Hope you Rise higher and shine brighter🤘 ALL THE BEST!!!!
It hit me soooo hard in my soul, i am also fighting for a stable career right now. Going through the same loop as you have gone. You are exactly like my elder sister. ThankYou For providing such informative content for MBA preperation. Thankyou soooooo much dee 😘
Thank you for sharing your life experiences with us that might help me to build my career as well 😊 .joined a nonengineering family from an engineering background to learn 🎓 . Thanks, Shwetha Arora.
Hi Shweta, I was totally moved with this video. keep doing the great work you are doing right now. it will surely help the Unguided Aspirants like me in their journey. I might not get time to watch all the videos here but whenever I get time I will tune in this channel. It's long way but one day When am done with my MBA journey I would love to come here and talk. More power to you girl :)
This is an awesome and most practical viewpoint of an MBA. I also deeply feel, an MBA is not about a processing machine towards a particular high paying job, it is and should be a self realization where one can find out the intense passion towards any desired niche by which he/she can give something return to the society along with handsome earnings. Your own story of quitting high paying job and slowly coming back to your passion zone is a true inspiration for me! Thanks for sharing... Best wishes...from Kolkata!
I heard a different story after a long time and it felt sooooo good. Thank you for making this video and making a lot of us realise that its not always the money that keeps us going, sometimes it's the passion.
I can so relate to this. After having worked for around 2.5 years right after my undergraduation, when I finally took that leap of gap year, I felt so satisfied. Today, standing at this point of time, if I wouldn't have left my job since them, I would have never explored new things, would have never started my own small business serving over various customers across India, and definitely wouldn't have been able to speak up so confidently that Yes, it was a right decision! We crib about being in that wrong train, but yes sometimes, the solution is simple! I got to heard and is still hearing so many things from people all around, and as you said, people still thinks, Ghar baithe note chaap rahi hu.. 😅😂
@@AnmolMishra946Actually, it depends on the job and location. Like I know in software industries, product based have high salary with work life balance. Service based have lower salary with less work life balance. Hfts gave super high salaries with less work life balance.
You are truely my inspiration. You solved my almost every doubt when i was in midst of chaos trying to reinforced myself. Soon our and every single person who is in confusion.......right train willl comeeee! THANKYOUU
Found it related But problem is not knowing who I am & what my passion is, I always frustrated(loose intrest) in mid of every path I choose. It seems like wherever I go without my passion the failure is waiting for me. Now thinking about my self (career, passion, future) making me depressed. Now I am started preparing for CAT. Found you positive & energetic for journey. A lot of appreciation with tears. Thanks for sharing.
I could so relate to this video! I had a year of experience in sales and felt this is not for me man. It was BYJUs and BDA role. That's when I decided sales is not for me and decided to leave sales as a field in MBA and discovered another area of interest which is Human Resource and chose to join TISS over IIM L.
Ek like toh banta hai!! Pta hi nhi chala video kab over ho gyi. Kuch mins mien bht saari feelings, struggle, hard work and the zeal to fight back ye sb feel hui. Great Going. Thanks for sharing your experience.
After watching this Video I realized that when you started understanding yourself , your mental state , your happiness you can decide and choose again ,something which you like and passionate about , no matter what you have to lose . Inner happiness and joy is much more greater or clam then money . And this is really inspiring and motivating and will really help me and others to choose or decide what actually they want , you can start anytime anything , happiness is always bigger then Money.
Everyone is unique and has their own journey. Personally, I can't even imagine how can someone feel low even after graduating from 'The' best B-school but I guess life is not as simple as it seems. Btw I am doing an IT job and yet another IIM aspirant but I totally understand your state of mind. I have myself done a sales job for a few months. Obviously, mine was a low-end sales job offered to undergrads unlike your position but I believe the pressure doesn't change or rather enhances growing up the ladder in the sales department. My sales job might not have taught me many things but one thing it has engraved in my head very well is that sales is not my cup of tea and if I get an opportunity to be a part of a good B school I would indeed choose my major anything but sales. So even your worst experiences teach u a lot.
Thank you explaining the hardest part of your life , It will help so many to know we are not alone and every one will face this at some point in their life I wish your simile stays like this forever
Your and my story are very similar. I didn't want to do Engineering but I had to. Then when I went for a job, I understood I was a misfit. And starting having mental health problems then I had to quit. It was the worst time and I still am struggling. You inspired me to go for mba and currently I am giving various entrance exams
Must be such a hard time to leave a well paying job after a hard working MBA degree, great to see that you are working towards your passion. More power to you shweta!
Really listening to your experiences and suggestions always inspires to many of students to achieve their goals in life...Hatsoff to your dedication by making videos and sharing the valuable content on youtube Shweta ma'am 👏👏
I completed most of my IIM's interviews and now I'm watching her video to know what and how to take next steps further in my coming journey. Thanks mam
Damm!! You are too inspiring . . .. i was thinking to drop my plan of doing MBA as I thought it is too tough for me but your videos kept motivating me . . .when you describe your experience in so energetic manner , it's like I am in that role and enjoying it . . .thank you soo much yaar ❤️
mam we all indians are with you lots of love and respect - we all indians are with you you will be no -1 youtuber in world for sure and i pray lots of sucess to you-mam
In one of your video you said that I will never leave my job and now you are here as a full time content creator. Life is so unpredictable. Your venture will definitely be the next inside IIM. All rhe best 👍
This is my biggest fear which I don't know how to overcome. The fear of having a huge loan on me, yet not ending up liking the Job after MBA, or that if I am the only person not ending up getting placed etc.
Don't worry you will get job that is sure and you will able to repay your loan but the main problem is, when you will do job , you will feel like just paying bills and these never get end. And also you will get less time for yourself. In most of companies in india, there is nothing called work life balance. Sorry, if I disappointed you but this is fact.
Change the job. Take small breaks. Take a nice another loan like car or something favourite , just like bank employees , you would anyway then continue
Thank you. You're amazing, you're doing amazing!! I don't know how much this will help you - but trust me you're helping alottttt. You're literally being sunshine to many of us. Thank you, for your efforts. There is a adage, which goes like -jo bhi hota hai ache ke liye hi hota hai! Through this Channel, through your journey, you'll be an amazing sales/marketing person. You'll be proud of yourself, for your choices. Because we all are!!♥️ Sending you lots and lots of love, hope, and recovery!!🌞✨
This comment literally made me teary-eyed, don't know why it seemed like I needed to hear this today. Wherever you typed this from - thank you so much! It made me smile and made my heart feel at ease after a tiring week :D
This is so much relevant to my life. I have done B.E (CSE) and then MBA (HR and Marketing). I joined a company as an IT Recruiter, worked there for 1.1 years- life was going fine until my brother met with an accident and I had to quit my job and look after my family. After 4 months of gap, I joined another company as Talent Acquisition Executive, here i didn't like my job at all. There was so much of stress and at this point of time, my family fixed my marriage. I was ok with this decision, and had to quit this job. But after few rituals like marriage shopping, some Pooja's and all we came to know that the groom's family are not good people from their 1st daughter in law. So I had to cancel the marriage. Now I am not working anywhere, thinking of doing some online courses to land a new job, since i am not interested in recruitment anymore. If anyone of you have any suggestions for me, please let me know. I am thinking of data science course.
Hello Shweta di.. I'm here on your channel again after almost 1 year. I just got this video as recommendation. And I was shocked by seeing the thumbnail and then watched the whole video, had tears in my eyes but most important you know what I have CLARITY now. I want to tell you one thing.. We all are humans we all have feelings. We all are one. By sharing your stories you are providing clarity, strength and confidence to many people. Keep doing it. ❤️❤️ #WE_ARE_HERE_FOR_YOU
Taking notes 📝 Do what makes you feel energetic and going, I feel like I know I'm into writing but at the same time I feel like not doing an MBA would leave me feeling worthless and left behind. And of course, relatives are a big disease too.
@Arjun Khatri it's a long story but I struggle with self esteem issues a lot specially when I've already failed medical entrance (which I wasn't into anyways )
Bro! you don't have to prove anything to anybody. I too know this misery of proving your worth to society but this would do you no good. If you keep pushing it, it will take a toll on your mind. I once was one of the achiever amongst some achiever friends and they went on their paths to become overachievers and I slowly drifted away because of my mental health issue. This constant feeling of comparing myself with them did me more harm than any good.
Ahhh.... That train thing you mentioned, a friend of mine who is doing what he likes currently also narrated the same to me which was inspired from a movie! Those words still hold true, will be on right train doing something meaningful with myself too.
The smile on your face says it all❣️ Once i too got stuck in a wrong train and i had to jump from the running train to get out of it , i nearly died and the scars on my waist are still alive😅
I can completely understand where you coming from and what issue you had in the past and it's not easy to handle such things. You are a rockstar and you are motivating every individual with your raw and genuine content. Lots of love and support from my end.
“Jab meri family main mba nhi tha, aur mujhe mba karna tha” I can totally relate with you. In just the crowd of every friend going for CA, I was carried away without knowing what really CA would be for me. But when I’m doing MBA, I have you Ma’am So ya, thanks !
I took CA after 12th for 2 years i gave two attemps bcz of covid it took long and then i realised its not fit for me and i left that course now i am doing BBA so i can relate about relatives stuff such a nuisance 😅
Thank you for sharing your story. You explained the pith of sales which unfortunately underlies most jobs these days, so no wonder so many are quitting lately. Good luck for the future, hope your quiet voice carries through these noisy times!
Asking if you still wish to continue the same career path you initially thought of getting into and getting the right answer is a tough nut to crack. Kind of going through the same. Thank you Shweta di. I will never regret staying updated with your content and following you since 2020. You have been an inspiration all throughout. Your comment section has become a notepad for me when I was going through one of the nadir of my career. More power to you!
@Shweta Arora Very inspiring video. I can totally relate to your story as I was also the first one to do an MBA in my family and faced hell of challenges ahead. But most importantly, knowing what drives you from within is the most crucial thing in life.
Hello Shweta, am really impressed with you, you are great soul and a positive person. There are many in our Indian society who needed that introspection in life and and wanted to catch right train but couldn’t able to do so. An from shipping and am not satisfied with my life not content at all .. though I realised I love travelling, loves to indulge in some creativity left my field totally. Today after seeing this video of yours, I subscribed you even though I have watched few of your videos earlier. I must say you are in a right direction dear, you will achieve everything.. just keep moving ahead.
You are truly amazing to express the experience of your own life that has gone through different phases and how you bounced back and started cropping, hats off Ms. Shweta Arora Ji
Hello ma'am. You are an inspiration to us. Thank you so much for everything you are doing for us. I have a dream of getting into IIM Ahmedabad (Btw I am from Ahmedabad only). I will be graduating this month ( bcom ) and my plan is to go for US CPA ( It will take probably 2 years to complete ). And after completing my CPA, I want to go for CAT examination. So probably I will have 2.5 to 3 years for building my profile and working on myself. I just wanted to thank you because there is no one in my relation or in my contact who has similar kind of dream that I persue. I have gone through many of your videos and I got very detailed idea of what I have to do to get a seat in IIM A. Please keep making such an amazing content which will help me and many others like me who does not have any other sources for understanding all the stuffs. Once again a very big thank you.!!🥰🥰❣
Was going through the comments and felt like putting this here.
Just this much 🤗
Didiiiii. Thank you soo much.. Aap Sachii bahut achii ho 🤗
I graduated in 2018 and I am confused to go for MBA or do something else. I have same problem with me, i don't like sales and same thing to do each and every month. I like creative work. What should I do.
Thank u so much Shweta. You go girl🤗
How can I contact you?

⁰
Currently I had same experience worst work culture and environment and lost all most all the things within 2 months. I don't want to continue neither want to quit but at the end i quit it
Same here
Same thing happened to me in just four months. Every day i feel like just leave it and move.
Bro keep calm and work hard
Absolutely
I couldn't agree more!
It a reality and your words has a deep understanding!

Right now m just listening to my inner voice and ready to devote my time for preparing for govt sector. like you I don’t know when m going to achieve that but atleast m happy by my decision and hoping the best.Thank you ❤
What are you preparing for?
???
You will achieve whatever you want 🙂👍

What is your startup about?

Same here
bhaiiii site pr baith ke yehi soch raha hu😂😂
Great to know your story and everyone is figuring something out here so you’re on the way to get what you truly want. Good luck!
That confidence in ur smile to solve problems is really admirable..... keep going vr u find happiness....
I heard a different story after a long time and it felt sooooo good. Thank you for making this video and making a lot of us realise that its not always the money that keeps us going, sometimes it's the passion.
You are bold person.
Only bold and wise person have brilliant Life 💐
I can so relate to this. 😅😂
Thank you for sharing!
Indeed ! I can relate to it
@@AnmolMishra946Actually, it depends on the job and location.
THANKYOUU
Found it related
But problem is not knowing who I am & what my passion is, I always frustrated(loose intrest) in mid of every path I choose. It seems like wherever I go without my passion the failure is waiting for me. Now thinking about my self (career, passion, future) making me depressed. Now I am started preparing for CAT.
Found you positive & energetic for journey. A lot of appreciation with tears. Thanks for sharing.
Most Inspiring video, I have seen on youtube.
Courage for doing what you did is immeasurable.
I could so relate to this video! I had a year of experience in sales and felt this is not for me man. It was BYJUs and BDA role. That's when I decided sales is not for me and decided to leave sales as a field in MBA and discovered another area of interest which is Human Resource and chose to join TISS over IIM L.
Bro, You made a smart decision . I am an XL hrm pass out. And I cant explain how limiting that education loan is on your ambitions.
From Byju's to TISS you've come a really long way bro!
Amazing. Thank you so much!🌸
The conviction in your voice did it for me.
Thank you explaining the hardest part of your life , It will help so many to know we are not alone and every one will face this at some point in their life
I wish your simile stays like this forever
Your and my story are very similar. I didn't want to do Engineering but I had to. Then when I went for a job, I understood I was a misfit. And starting having mental health problems then I had to quit. It was the worst time and I still am struggling. You inspired me to go for mba and currently I am giving various entrance exams
Everyday i fall in love with her and how genuine and generous she sounds.I have lot of queries now
Must be such a hard time to leave a well paying job after a hard working MBA degree, great to see that you are working towards your passion. More power to you shweta!
even a failure with honest hard work is appreciated everytime
Really listening to your experiences and suggestions always inspires to many of students to achieve their goals in life...Hatsoff to your dedication by making videos and sharing the valuable content on youtube Shweta ma'am 👏👏
That's sweet, thank you so much :)
Randomly RUclips suggested me your channel. Now I am you subscriber. I saw in eye you have passion to solve the problems.
I completed most of my IIM's interviews and now I'm watching her video to know what and how to take next steps further in my coming journey. Thanks mam
So glad to know there are more of us (I quit my sales job to become a coach)! Keep going!
This is called genuine content one should have. Hope you achieve ur goals soon!
@@abhideepkumar3585 Trueeeee...

Taking notes 📝
Do what makes you feel energetic and going, I feel like I know I'm into writing but at the same time I feel like not doing an MBA would leave me feeling worthless and left behind. And of course, relatives are a big disease too.
@Arjun Khatri it's a long story but I struggle with self esteem issues a lot specially when I've already failed medical entrance (which I wasn't into anyways )
as per BB ki Vines, relatives are "Mandir ke chappal chor"
Bro! you don't have to prove anything to anybody.
@Arjun Khatri Your reply is thought provoking. Who is your spritual leader? Btw loved your cat woman meme 🤣
@@anshul5431 🥺 thanks for sharing your story 💓
Ahhh.... That train thing you mentioned, a friend of mine who is doing what he likes currently also narrated the same to me which was inspired from a movie! Those words still hold true, will be on right train doing something meaningful with myself too.
The smile on your face says it all❣️
Once i too got stuck in a wrong train and i had to jump from the running train to get out of it , i nearly died and the scars on my waist are still alive😅
I can completely understand where you coming from and what issue you had in the past and it's not easy to handle such things. You are a rockstar and you are motivating every individual with your raw and genuine content. Lots of love and support from my end.
“Jab meri family main mba nhi tha, aur mujhe mba karna tha”
I can totally relate with you.
In just the crowd of every friend going for CA, I was carried away without knowing what really CA would be for me.
But when I’m doing MBA, I have you Ma’am
So ya, thanks !
yeah most of us can relate that line :)
I have gone through the same situation as yours...
Passion is definitely highly ranked in my life as well then purse. Thanks for getting me back on track.
@Shweta Arora
Very inspiring video. I can totally relate to your story as I was also the first one to do an MBA in my family and faced hell of challenges ahead. But most importantly, knowing what drives you from within is the most crucial thing in life.
Wish you all the very best for your journey and for everything you do...your words and the emotions behind it....I felt them.💫❤️
Hello Shweta, am really impressed with you, you are great soul and a positive person.
Thank you so much for sharing your Experience!! You are brave and inspiring ✨
