Hey, lemme tell you one thing, there is literally "ZERO" value for your 10th or 12th marks for the placements. You don't need to give a thought to it. Criterion mainly is your CG in college academics.

Role wise sb decide hota hai, talking about good companies and good roles baki kahi kuch bhi krna hai to karte rho koi nhi rok rha, again its better to maintain. ab hai nhi to baat alg hai, fir kuch kar nhi skte, pr hua to consulting and finance me better chance hai. and one more thing for zero value wale point pr, even IIMs me entry krne k liye bhi criteria hota hai 10th 12th k score ka

Thank you so much 😊 I don't think it's true that corporate life isn't for soft-hearted people. I feel people can assume different roles when required. E.g. many of my batchmates whom you would consider soft are very practical managers. But outside of the office, they're their natural selves. I feel it's more to do with whether you're of an employee mindset or an entrepreneur mindset. That's very important to figure out.

I made all the notes last time from times. The problem is, that drive got some issues and not working which have all the material. The problem is I didn't wrote the questions last year. I don't think it's true that corporate life isn't for soft-hearted people. I feel people can assume different roles when required. E.g. many of my batchmates whom you would consider soft are very practical managers. But outside of the office, they're their natural selves.
I feel it's more to do with whether you're of an employee mindset or an entrepreneur mindset. That's very important to figure out.
