Do you have areas within these programs dedicated to spinal fusion? I’m fused t4 to l3

yes we have resources in the membership for spinal fusion. In my live classes I also always cue for fusion if necessary to adapt.

I am fused from base of tailbone to between my shoulder blades. I am 57, in good health and good weight. Can I benefit/do your yoga routines?

absolutely! All my classes are fusion friendly and we have a few people with spinal fusion in the membership as well so I always give cues.
