Also vulnerable to extreme heat and cold, just like its superior model the T-1000. Perhaps deployment of cryo-weapons based off Mr. Freeze's technology would be called for? Suggestion: Ryu Hayabusa
Actually the easiest way to stop all the Terminator units is by using an extremely powerful magnet... because it would instantly kill any computer. Within the Terminator 2 this showed the liquid terminator surviving the powerful magnet, however any computer engineer will tell you that's not accurate. A powerful magnet literally forces all it's complex 0s and 1s to change into being just all 0s. You can kill any electric vehicle, smart phone, personal computer, televisions, etc., etc., with a very powerful magnet. In fact if I was given the opportunity to try capturing and disabling a UFO... then my first method would involve using a very powerful magnet.... depending on the technology and elements used it may not work, but it has the best chances verses most other tools, weapons and objects.
Good plan for Batman to study the remains of the terminator however, I hope he doesn’t lead the study by star labs or wane labs, because even further investigation with end up creating judgment day just like in the second movie. Also, if any villains like Lex or Waller our hands on this technology, Luther might improve to Metallo or Kilgore and Waller would have the military examine it. Also, Batman‘s next contingency plan should be about RoboCop.
I'm pretty sure Metallo and Amazo are already far more advanced than a T-800. A Terminator is a big fish in a small pond, and pretty weak by DC standards.
Batmans no killing rule doesn't really apply to non humans. So aliens, robots and so on are free game. Eith the exception of kryptonians since they look human.
Robots are not alive in the same way humans are. Batman would keep the CPU for study which in turn keeps the T800 alive since all it would need is a new body.
