Hello, thanks for the clear video . I have another problem with moving videos/photos, I 've downloaded from gopro a video I took, I found it in "photos" on my Windows 10 pc but I cannot find a way to copy/ move it to "pictures" or "video's" please help ! many thanks M.J.
Great video. I did run into a lil problem though. I was moving too many objects at a time. The result is when the buffer gets full the computer preformed a copying function automatically and created 12 copies of each photo I had in the same folder I was copying from. :O I was 2/3 the way though the project so that means I'm now the proud owner of 24,000 new copies. :(
Same here kind of... after moving them there remained a "copy" of each image in the 100CANON original folder. This video doesnt show how to move multiple pics though!
hi,ok so this means your not in pictures,go to the setting and look for pictures, and that will solve your problem...i hope ,i actually did the same thing, there was no folders showing on right side right? what are you running? if you cant do it still please let me know i will make a tiny cute lil video on how to get to photos and that will hopefully help you...pattyperry6711@gmail.com if you have any questions...i will right back asap thanks
I can't believe there are computer-users who do not know how to drag-move one or several pictures from one folder to another! Anyways, Instructor made an error: you don't need to use the Ctrl touch when a group of photos are aligned and click on each of them! You just select the first one, press and hold Shift then click the last one of the row, thus the whole row is selected in 2 clicks. You use Ctrl when pictures are disparate, not one after another like in your video. Imagine you want to move 60 aligned pictures; using Ctrl means you need to click 60 times! With Shift, it's 2 clicks, first pic and last one.
Dear One All the explanation is fine and clear. I only point to the introduction ping and the final supper piercing ping sound that almost bust my tympanic membrane. 🦻
8 years later and this still helps people
Clear, concise, and easy to follow and learn.
Thank you so much, I would have never figured this out.

This doesn’t help at all with iOS. How do you select and move multiple photos to a folder in iOS, on an iPad ? We don’t use a mouse, we use a finger.
DOESN'T WORK NOW OR MY COMPUTER IS STUPID. I DON'T HAVE A LIST ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE TO CHOOSE WHERE I WANT THE PICTURE TO GO.
Right click on the folder and then click pin to quick access. The name of the new folder will appear on the lift bar. :-)
