If I cover the rear top vent with my left hand, it makes a big differance. However I would look stupid with a glove stuck to my helmet. The rear vents should be removed completely. I have also fitted a Windjammer 2, sealed the visor with extra foam and always wear ear plugs. Maybe the option of reving ghe rear vent and clipping on a blanking piece should be available.

11 is the noisiest helmet I have ever used. Rubbish.
