How to make Italian dessert Tiramisu without an electric mixer!

  • Ingredients
    4 eggs
    500g of mascarpone cheese
    4 tablespoons of sugar
    300 gr of savoiardi ladyfingers
    Coffee (espresso)
    Unsweetened cocoa powder
    Prepare the coffee in advance and let it cool. The eggs must be at room temperature.
    Separate the yolks from the egg whites
    In the yolks add the sugar.
    Put the mascarpone in another bowl and work it to make it softer.
    Add the mascarpone to the egg yolks with the sugar
    Whip the egg whites
    If you don't have an electric mixer like me, you can use a whisk or put them in a bottle and shake
    Then add the egg whites in the bowl where there is mascarpone, egg yolks and sugar. Mix from bottom to top
    Now let’s prepare the layers
    Dip the ladyfingers quickly into the coffee
    Then after you complete all your first layer, spread the mascarpone cheese
    Put it in the fridge to rest
    Before serving sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder
