Tiramisu: Cream with No EGGS, No Sugar and NO Mixer

  • Tiramisu is one of the Italian desserts that has conquered the whole world, the traditional cream recipe is made with eggs, but I present you a recipe that is made in 5 minutes.
    This cream is great from 2 points of view:
    1. No eggs
    2. The cream is less caloric than the traditional recipe
    Ingredients:
    Savoiardi biscuits - 200 g / 1 pack
    Mascarpone - 250 g / 9 oz
    Yogurt 10% - 400 g / 1/5 cups + 2 tbs
    Expresso - 100 ml / ½ cup
    Honey (agave or maple syrup )- 4-5 tablespoons
    Water - 50 ml / 1/4 cup
    Cocoa powder, for dusting
