Your recipe, which I liked, seams to be very good (I have seen similar video with a swedish shef, he also beats the eggyolks on hot water) and I shal definitly try it. I also like that you give all measurements very correctly, especially the dish form, I really appriciate that. But, please, tell me, how long do you whisk the eggyolks? How warm shall the eggs be?. Please share. Thank you.
My wife makes me classic tiramisu But she doesn’t use those sponge fingers !! Using the sponge fingers is a bit lazy She makes all her sponge from scratch!! Much nicer and tastier 👍🏼
