This has to be the greatest ventriloquist acts of all time. The mixture of humour and dark comedy combined with the expressions of *Achmed* is so entertaining. This puppet has all sorts of facial movement that only a human and animated cartoon can have. Marvellous job my Dunham.

I keep asking myself 'how on earth can a skeleton be so expressive?' Between the laughter that is. A video of Achmed every day is the perfect antidote for any blues.
He also has one of the best comedy tag lines ever invented "Silence, I keeel you". Every time I hear that line, it totally cracks me up. Its as good as Rodney Dangerfields fav line "I dont get no respect".

Jeff is very good at improvising with his puppets, but there is an early version of achmed where he does the same thing. So this part wasn't improvised at all.
If you watch closely he grabs the puppets leg and moves it forward. It was part of the act.
I can't believe anyone finds this offensive. There are MUCH raunchier comedies, like South Park, Family Guy, Futurama, but they're still on the air because they're iconic and people enjoy them (even the people who bitch about them now). Jeff Dunham is one of the most wholesome acts, his whole routine was purely just satire. So what he exaggerated stereotypes a little? He didn't do it NEAR the amount of say South Park and their anti-Semitism, Family guy and their racism / pedophilia jokes, Rick and Morty making fun of special needs people and also being originally written by a literal pedophile. People "pick and choose" what they want to whine about. Some people literally are thin skinned a f and hypocritical as well.
