I have Google IT SUPPORT and Data Analytics, and currently with IT SUPPORT MICROSOFT. And yes and other studies . Hope have better chances and yes I need to improve more my skills .
Hey, I did a MSc (masters) in data analytics and a BSc (bachelors) in economics. But I’m still struggling to find a job. Any advice? What can I do, to improve my chances.
@@Mullaa-uj4kg you could improve your portfolio by doing projects that show case your skill set. You could also network and volunteer your service to people to gain real word experience and gather testimonials about your performance
@gtm5650 Certification wise, you can’t beat Industry standard Certs like CompTIA and Cisco. Learning wise to build skills, these courses can be better. On Todays standards, employers mainly care about specific technical skills and your technical work experience far more than Certs.
@@SKYMONKEY42 and remember, most if not all companies in the IT sector use Microsoft 365, active directory, and ticketing systems if you are looking to land a help desk job. So getting this certification proves that you know how to work with most of the tools that companies use.

The A+ is still superior, I passed the first 3 courses of this Microsoft certification without studying, just with my trifecta knowledge
You can use the google course to prepare for the Comptia A plus

if you can afford it CompTIA is the gold standard in the IT industries
