Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - A Criminal Past - Best ending without CASIE

Whether you're doing a run without augmentations for the Winners Don't Use Drugs (or Biocells) achievement, or you just didn't bother investing your Praxis points into the social encancer augmentation aka CASIE, there is a way to achieve the best outcome with both the Fixer and Mejia surviving the ending of A Criminal Past.
To do that you need to pick the options "Challenge", then either "Hold Accountable" or "Confront about Wilburg".
To unlock the hidden "Blackmail" option in the final dialogue stage with Guerrero, you need to have collected and read five pocket secretaries, with the first two ones also being required for another achievement, Objection!
