Thx for the video. How many kilometers did you ride with this engine? And what is the total amount of kilometers it has ridden? Curious how 'tough' these engines are.
I have just purchased the same kit. I did on test and the fluid changed yellow…… however I wanted to do a number of tests to make sure. Every subsequent test has resulted in coolant being pushed through the test kit therefore ruining the validity. Any tips on why this is happening? Not sure why this is happening myself self with a lack of knowledge here. Cheers.
Hi mate, I had the same thing happened to me also, in the end I started the test with a cold engine, that way the coolant couldn’t expand quick enough to ruin the test. Also you could drain some coolant and do the test so it doesn’t have a chance to get pushed through the tester so easily. Failing that you’re head gasket could be failed to the point it instantly pressuring the system pushing the coolant out immediately. Hope this helps
Used this video today to do my cbf head gasket. So useful, thank you so much for taking the time to do it. Very much appreciated.
Thanks for the information. I'm embarking on a head gasket repair also. This helps a lot.

Did I only notice that at 2:02, your chassis is broken or is it something I don't see clear?
Do you have a service manual in pdf?

@@rollingwithjoe7562 Cheers! Yes. To be honest I’m thinking it’s failed in all honesty……..
I've dealt with a lot of hornets and I must ask.. is it just a rubbish engine or are all of these battered beyond repair?
