New rower here(2024). This is my second time through (in a row - no pun intended!). This one kicked my butt really hard the first time and I’ve been dreading the repeat, however it was SOOO much easier this time around and my numbers have significantly improved! My plan is to repeat the 20 days 1 more time to continue building my skill and strength before moving on. I absolutely LOVE training with you, Austin! Thank you! 💗🤍💗🤍💗
New to rowing and fitness...been finding myself looking forward to these workouts every day. I love your structure and coaching on these videos! It takes the mystery out of working out. I enjoyed day 9 so much i used that as my warm up for day 10! Couldn't get enough of it. Now for a day off before the next one.
can't wait to try this tonight,, have followed you for years but this is the first 'coaching' course I've done. before I started the course my PB for 2k was 8:47, I'm going to smash that. (i'm 62)
I can tell I am improving. I could hold this pretty well. Loved the coaching tip that power comes from torso lean and swing back. Also, heels planted made a huge difference in holding my pace. Thank you again Austin for another great work out.
I loved this one, too! I didn't realize I could go that fast. :) Just a little warning, if you're using the timer on your rower, the 30 second intervals in the video are not going to line up. Even when I'd stop and line them up, they'd get apart. I recommend just hitting "Just row" and follow the video. I just wanted to register the times on my machine but it was challenging not being together.
Hi Austin! At Day 10 on 11 May 24! Can I ask when I’ve completed Day 20 and want to continue using the Row-20 workout, which day # should I start from?

Awesome workouts
just completed day 9. I'm already looking forward to doing this one! but first a day of rest..
Wow! Thank you so much. 30 was starting too get quite hard!😅
Wow, dripping sweat. PB 500m estimated time of 1:46 whilst doing final 30 strokes per min
Belter session. Started to plateau at seg15, so dug deep. Couldn't walk straight or hold me phone after that.
NICE WORK!!
I’ll take 30 sec sprints any day. And a coach that says thar she blows in middle of the workout. 🙌🏼

NICE work building up intensity!
