'Focus on heel-drive' ... this really helpt me to attackt the 34 bpm. 3 more work-outs to go from this great series. And then i will put some extra liters in my waterrower and do it all over again 😅. Greetings from Belgium
I did this a few days ago just before heading out to a long weekend - it was fantastic to get a good hard workout in before getting on a plane! And when I checked back to my previous version of this I found I'd improved 1-2 split seconds across the board! So happy about that!
Set a target of 2:0 when debating if it should have been 2:05. Best intervals were at the beginning of 30spm at 1:56.9 Exhausted but pleased with an average1:58.4 and 2532m
Thank you Austin for posting this awesome program. I have been following it and it is hard but I am improving. My watt jumped a lot from day one. Looking forward to the final 3 sessions in the program.
Difficult, but stretched me. Still struggling a bit with holding my numbers steady. Could really see the importance of a strong push with these faster rowing rates.
OMG I thought I was gonna die! But NO! Kept up, made it. The counts really help me stay focused. Keeping the heels down was a new one for me but I get it. Thanks! Now I need to open a window. Too much smoke!!! 😁
I’m gutted I worked so hard on this one but I messed up my programming and my stats are meaningless!! I know though that I saw some sub 2 minutes towards the end so still happy!
Sure you can. There are couple of differences between water/magnet/air resistance rowers, but those won't affect the ability of following rowing programs.
Smokin’ is Right!!!! Thank you Austin! Felt so good made me cry at the end! 😂
That one woke me up. Liked the cues of keeping quads flat and arms straight, that’ll help me during 200m benchmark

Some of my best times in this hiit. Still finding high stroke rates tough.

Can I use my water rower for this also?
Sure you can. There are couple of differences between water/magnet/air resistance rowers, but those won't affect the ability of following rowing programs.
@@Knabenbube thank you
