    Set myself a too low target on the 1st set of 2:15 when I averaged 2:13.4 thereafter gave myself a target of 2:10 averaging 2:09.6 4th set which meant I did 2743m when it felt excellent to stop!

    That was tough but loved it more than I thought I would! Average across the workout was 2.12.9. Started at 2.13.5 and finished at 2.12.3.

    After two weeks of playing it conservative at first, thought I'd give it a go from the start. Wow! was that ever a mistake, lol. Thank you for this series, I've learned almost everything I know from you, appreciate it!

    This was hard, but did better than I expected. I had to push to do it. I tried to use all the techniques you have taught us and noticed how I was sloppy on my torso forward lean.

    really had to psych myself up to do this knowing how hard it is - but I improved each round and probably should have pushed even harder. That said, I was very glad there are only 4 rounds!
