This one makes Day 11 Half Stroke row make so much sense. I wish Austin had mentioned it earlier. The half strokes gets you up to the faster stroke rate sooner. Once I heard that, I implemented it and did so much better. This is a call I will take as a one off when I want to hit a hard, quick workout. Peloton needs a row instructor like Austin who teaches technique without a long boring personal story- and he’s funny.
I’m 6’3” and 56 yo and this is some of the best training I’ve ever gotten. Makes my Sole rower purchase, in 2020, finally pay some real dividends.

Dropped a couple of days to make sure I don't overdo it. Still I did Day14 last night and felt great. Im hoping to achieve my long term goal after these 20 if not im gonna do another 20

Toughest work out yet. Highest watts and pace so far in this program. Another great workout. Thank you so much.

So hard but so good! I compared to two years ago this workout and I’ve dropped 2-3split seconds across the board!

Sorry folks, took today's challenge off, to do the Concept2 30 minute challenge instead. Interesting as most of ours are 20 minutes so found myself dropping back from my target of 2:15. 6639m average 2:15.5. After our Row-20 I'll try again to beat a 30 minute row better than 2.15 or 6666m. WILL NOW DO DAY14 TOMORROW

I seem to go alternately between today overdoing my target and then the next day underdoing the target. As today initially tried 2:15 but couldn't do that om 16spm. So after first set target was 2:20 and achieved an average of 2.19.1 which was 4313m

I always find these ones tough but I’m pleased with the result. I started at 2.06.5 and finished at 1.53.6!

When I saw those big ass numbers I was like, uhh 36 huh? But I guess all those all-out rows at OTF paid off! Add improved form thanks to you, and although I was dying a little, I made it through. Sounds like a song! Anyway, thanks for the row. I have my new Aviron rower in my sights!!! Day 15 on deck

I really struggled to get up to 36. Only achieved it on the very last interval. But i focused on my form and breathing and finally gor tbere.

Really enjoying this series, but the waterrower monitor is useless for these short duration sessions, it's so laggy

All I managed to keep up was 34 😢
Still, for a 58-year-old female it's not too bad, innit?
