Wow! THIS really challenged me - I found myself switching from medium to light bands and back again because some of the moves I could do with the medium band and some I could only manage with the light band. Definitely a lot of room for me to improve so I plan to come back to this workout in the future. Thank you! Day 7✅
Day 7 completed, a little bit late. Great use of the booty band Jacinta. It definitely intensifies the glute exercises and the core. One day left then I've completed this great challenge. 😊 🙏 ✔️
