Probably the best performance I´ve ever heard of this piece! Sounds as though he invented it right then and there! I bet Bartók would have been pleased to hear somone make something this personal and original out of his piece. Greetings from Swedish music critic
Great! I like this even better than Ariel's jazz. He really brings a lot of subtlety to this piece, unlike many professionals, who tend to bang through more mechanically. Thanks for posting.
My previous message was a reply to bencebencepinter in Hungarian. Just let us all enjoy the little fellow playing so well for his age and despite his small hands. Imagine, how will he play in a few years!
If he's short, why doesn't he just move down the bench? The only thing standing up means is that he has not been told by his teacher to roll his bench down. Also, in the music (well, at least the version I have), Bartok specifically states "Meno Vivo", so not playing slower would be completely defying the will of the composer. I mean, if one were to slow down in a place where it doesn't say to, it's all right, but if he slows down where the composer says to speed up, it is wrong. Happy new year!
no! this child is in a right education! that's all! Our society is not understand this "normal" quality of education! Because this educatiopn has to be normal but we haven't the possiblity to get that! Therefore it is better to get such possibility as you end in a "normel" way of life like we find it now!
While the "nipper" clearly is extremely talented I fear the cacophony produced explains why there is so little Bartok almost anywhere not only RUclips. eg At the start those single notes played by crossing the right hand over the left. What were they there for? To frighten the cat ?
While the piece wasn't perfect, sometimes it seemed a little messy and offbeat, it is still played amazingly well for a child that young. How old's the little bugger anyway?
ok. first, he's practically standing up. secondly, the middle part is supposed to be slow. third, he's going to break his wrist while slamming down on a key.
i dont like the way he plays, he plays it too much faster and different... and the dynamics, i dont know, its strange dnt like it very much. but he's a tallented kid, no doubt!
i think, he play`s very good, but he is too young, he can`t understand the music ... but his technic is very impressive!!! something i want to say to this fucking producer from these little poor guys and girl`s who have to play music they can`t understand and REALLY feel, let them enough time to develop...
What makes it so special is that this kid also plays Jazz and his own composition.

Crazy music and he enjoys it!I love the way he just balances himself on the seat for support, not really to sit on. well played young boy,i`m in awe.
Astonishing, young man! I will hear your compositions too!
He began to compose his own songs before he was at school. Unbelievable! Now he is nearly 17 and a really really good pianist.
Wow!!! Excellent performance. Bartok is not at all simple to play. It seems that you love to play, though. Thank you for sharing. Bless you!
Very talented child. With good teaching he will become a good pianist.

Good for you for performing this. And, with good teaching???? What could you possibly mean? Do you think this came out of his head?

Nem biztos hogy ki fog egni, sot inkabb erdemes a tehetseget tovabb fejleszteni. Minnel korabban kezdi valaki, annal tovabbra viheti kesobb.
Seriously?
he should SIT at the piano! if he plays so great he must sit normally
