Vanilla Secret 1 TAS in 16.05 (Race with TehSeven)

Yes, I know. I'm bad for reuploading, but I got paranoid for optimization =P. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then just ignore this. I scrapped together my other run, and there's still an improvement (maybe) in this run.
This is a four second improvement over TehSeven, and this time I actually took time to meet certain conditions (such as hitting the koopa at the lowest point of its sprite hitbox). If anyone wants to start a frame war, you're on.

This is basically Panga's way in the "small only" TAS.
I think sub 16 is possible.
