I just watched a 20 minute video about the Mandolorian defending a Ugandan Knuckles from Fortnite characters so he can deliver a package to an anime girl. God I love this channel.
I've been binge watching the "Side of Shrapnel" series and I have to say, I want this as a full length episodic series on like Netflix. Honestly, the animation is top notch and truly amazing. I feel so immersed in this universe and lore and can't wait for more. The world building is solid and as a scriptwriter and director myself, I truly love your writing Moon. Not many writers understand subtlety or nuance in writing. I always used a rule called the 2+2 Rule (whereby instead of just dumping exposition on people, you give them two interconnected elements and ask them to figure out the rest). And seeing it here is honestly refreshing. I honestly hope to see more Moon. Thanks for the great work and being an inspiration.

Brynn was a phenomenal addition to the Shrapnel-Verse. He feels like nothing we’ve seen from the series thus far and I’m all for it. The way he interacts with the cast feels so fresh. His history with Alouette is compelling and I’m really excited to see if that gets played out more in the future. His interaction with Reznya was also just perfect. They both seem to have a silent respect for each other. They’re both warriors who understand the importance of hiding their faces, and the meaning that comes with showing their face to someone else. That’s why Rez knocks out Pavel, but allows Brynn to see her face. I would love to see that dynamic explored more. If Brynn is a one-off character, so be it. He already left his mark on the series. I don’t think this is it for him, though. Moon is great at writing characters and he likes to keep his cards close to his chest. I don’t know what the future holds for our new Moondolorian friend, but whatever it is, it’s gonna be good.
Couldn’t agree more. Brynn being a genuine, good dude adds a nice bit of contrast to the rest of the characters we’ve seen so far who are generally portrayed as being overtly selfish and/or cruel. He’s like a Superman type character in a Mad Max type world.
She finally got a cellphone. It’s nice that the commander remembers that she doesn’t have one from the kill contract 2. So he decided to let goggle knuckles give her one despite all the dangers.
It's almost surreal to think Alouette's had Cecilia with her for so long. And that tease of Liliya's face is too good, it looks really nice, and I dig that she won't let just anyone see it. Also I get the feeling that Liliya never wants to hear the words "the" and "way" next to each other again for the foreseeable future. lol #thisisthewae
God I'm torn so hard on the way lore is presented in this series. Cause on the one hand I love the subtle nature of the storytelling, always making you ask questions with every new bit of info presented On the other hand I want to know EVERYTHING cause I love it all so much >.
its really hard to give a character such an interesting growth. I mean we have a figure that cannot move cause its limbs are not jointed, plus, it came from a meme on VRchat. And yet Moon some how makes it into its own race, and gives them actual depth, granted its about as deep as an above ground pool filled to the very rim, but still pretty deep for them. So personally I think having them go out of their way to do something nice for you, and they have both respect and earned fear for you, might be pretty nice. So Brynn seems to be the only one who gets it. Ya their dumb, but they will do what ever it takes for those they consider a friend.

You gotta appreciate Moon's way of story telling. He's one of the few that manage to tell the "puzzle story" (where you have to put separate pieces together for the whole picture) exceptionally well.
