Thanks doctor. I stopped sugar around 20 years back have jaggery powder in tea, sweets etc... I use 1 litre oil for the whole month cooking do not deep fry stuff it's maybe once a month not more at 56 and my husband 62 we are quite ok by God's grace.

I am 30 years old I got diagnosis Hypertension back in 2018. after than i changed my lifestyle. now I eat minimum 5 vegetables and fruits only. I have quit biscuit, avoid oil, limited junk food. i have became active move after 40 minutes. I only eat 60 percent of meal.
Sir but many reasarch says its excess fructose from refined source cause fat on liver and cholesterol problem not in less and in moderation intake nut you said liver hardly metoblise sugar whobis right
